Great service from the start
Great service from the start, our survey was booked within 48 hours of initially contacting Crest Chartered Surveyors. We were able to speak to the surveyor straight after the survey for initial findings and he was immediately available to talk through the full report when we had questions.

Clear and detailed report

Strongly recommend this company again, Professionalism and Excellent Customer Service.
I recently had a building survey undertaken for a property. Excellent service from beginning to end. No pressure was made by the customer services agent to book it there and then. The payment was made using a secure online form with an invoice being emailed. Once the survey was booked, I received a confirmation and the survey was carried out in 3 working days. As promised the survey report was sent to me over email within the 5 working days as advised. The survey was 50 pages but was very easy to read. I can safely say that I will use Crest surveyors Ltd again, the report was detailed where it needed to be but also easy to follow and understand, and covered everything I needed it to. I spoke to the surveyor Thomas immediately after the survey and again once I had received the report. Both times Thomas far exceeded my expectations in the information and advice. Strongly recommend this company again and look forward to using in the future for other properties surveying.
