Andy was clear about the booking. Upon checking the email confirmation, the promised cruise cabin was different from what I was promised. I was told of a sea-view with a window; instead, I got an inside cabin.

Good service. Easy to get in contact and receive answers where there were questions about the trip.

Booking through Cruise Kingdom was easy and efficient, by a direct telephone call with Harry after I had sent the details on their callback request form. Everything was clearly explained and followed up by a confirmation email that gave full details.

We saw a cruise advertised which looks perfect for us. I spoke with Andy who is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He organised the trip and tweaked it to our exact liking. When all booked I contacted Andy and mentioned a query I had about one of the Hotels. Andy rang me instantly and asked if we would like to change the Hotel. After checking out the new hotel we decided to change to that one which Andy did instantly with no fuss whatsoever confirming our happiness and experience was paramount. You can't get fairer than that.

The trip is yet to come but I already feel completely happy and we are in safe hands.

I always hope and try to speak with Harry in their sales team. He is friendly and always extremely helpful and patient, and never pushy when exploring and explaining all of the different options associated with their cruise packages.
