Service was great
Service was great, really responsive and got the bike delivered in a couple of days after ordering it.
Only complaint was I didn't get a 3 pin plug connector for my ebike so had to buy one to connect the charger.

I ordered a bike through the Cycle2Work scheme. The bike was delivered assembled and serviced. After a quick set up with a helpful guide, it was good to go! It also came with complimentary multitool and spanner which made set up a breeze. Very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the ordering/ delivery process.

Excellent service and quick turnaround
I purchased my bike through cycle solutions as part of the cycle to work scheme and their selection, price and service was excellent. Even when I had to do some returns it was quick and responsive. Will definitely be going to them for my future cycle needs.

Great experince
The process was smooth and although the bike was out of stock it was sourced quickly and delivered very soon after that.
The bike was built beautifully and needed very little setting up at home...
I'm loving my new bike and would recommend using Cycle Solutions through Vivup for cycle to work.
