Air flow pump
Air flow pump. Just what was required delivery in 24 hours by DPD you can not do better. Fitted in 48 hours working well, will use again.

Plug on £ 380 pump defective as it was squashed ouit of shape.
Plug on £ 380 pump defective, presumably squashed in the box.
I had to source a new plug then fit it as i needed it running straight away.
Direct Drainage attitude was disappointing, effectively just get on with it"

We’re sorry to hear that the unit arrived with a bent plug — this is certainly not the standard we aim to uphold. While we did offer to collect and replace the pump once we were made aware of the issue, we understand that you needed the pump operational immediately and took matters into your own hands by sourcing and fitting a new plug.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, we’re sorry for the trouble this caused.

Fell short of every commitment, once paid they weren’t interested. There are far better and cheaper suppliers.

Throughout our interaction - especially over the phone - we offered to cancel your order with a full refund, and while you chose to proceed, we respect that you may have found a better or more suitable option elsewhere.
That said, based on how our communication unfolded, it seems we might not be the right fit for each other. We strive to foster respectful and constructive relationships with all our customers, and unfortunately, we didn't feel that was mutual in our recent exchange.
