I ordered the part (Auto-stopper for EL series blower) and it arrived the next working day, which was great. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong switch, it seems that there are more than one type of switch for this blower, fortunately I managed to use the micro switch from this assembly and so didn't have to send it back.
Generally I find Direct Drainage very good for parts for the EL Series Blowers.

A pump got damaged in transit . Picked up next day and new one delivered the day after. No qualms. All sorted out without fuss. Fantastic customer service. Kept informed every step of the way.

The ladies that i spoke to, on the chat, email and telephone were extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, helpful and a credit to the company.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong parts package, phoned them up & spoke to Libby. Extremely
helpful. She explained all I needed to do was to put in the correct part order online and pay for it. Send back the wrong parts package and a like for like swap was done and refund for the replacement sent on receipt of the wrong part.

I ordered a pump for our treatment plant. Unfortunately they were awaiting delivery from the manufacturer. They kindly offered an alternative knowing we needed it quickly and chased the manufacturer also. The pump arrived two days later and it was the original pump we ordered.
