The site is definitely legit. Items arrived in UK after 1 week. I chose the more expensive FedEx delivery option due to the bad reviews on here. All I can suggest is if you are concerned about the items never arriving, don’t be a cheapskate and just pay for the tracked postage. Maybe make a bigger order so you aren’t paying 30 dollars for a 15 dollar item. The items (undertale figures) are genuine and boxed in branded packaging, NOT just loose in bubble wrap like you may expect from a jap ebay seller. 5 stars all round.

This is an awful company that will lie to you concerning their return policy. They will force you to pay return shipping on defective products, despite claiming otherwise. I will never order from them again.

Still waiting on a reply from customer service 4 emails and 8 days later.

I paid import fees in advance for the UK, around $35 for shipping & import.

Yodel went to god knows what address (but not mine!) And then decided to send back to Fangamer after only 2 delivery attempts.

Been trying to contact fangamer with no reply, now going through PayPal in the Hope's something is sorted. Would not reccomend, seems like there's no one answering their emails.

I would avoid like the plague. Backed an item through them and didnt receive any rewards. Basically they sent me the copy I could have purchased from the stores at release but the the amazing 50% extra for being a backer, thanks fangamer!

100% con artists because they have the money well before I can do any charge backs.

I ordered in 2019 three vinyls from FanGamer and the service was excellent from A to Z. I received my order in 5 days in France without any damage. All I can say is that I will continue to order from FanGamer.

This web store had a book that I couldn't find anywhere so I'm happy to have found it through them.

Product was not as advertised. Customer service was polite but unhelpful : I was asked to pay the shipping back despite Fangamer being the one making a mistake. I don't recommend ordering there.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I bought several items and paid over $30 for shipping. They sent my order to Arizona (US) when I gave them a UK address, and then proceeded to ignore me for 2 days via email and Twitter. This isn't legal. I will give it another week but if I'm not given my items, with refunded shipping (as they sent my order to some random person in a different country at my expense), I will be finding out what I can legally do to get every penny back.

I can understand a mistake being made with my order, but to ignore me while retweeting their fans is ludicrous. I deserve to know why my order has gone so wrong.

After dealing with infuriating foreign post services, Fangamer went out of their way to help me and were very quick with their responses. The product arrived late, through no fault of their own, but in perfect condition. Will definitely shop here again.

I have now ordered several items from Fangamer and every order has been safely shipped and in a high quality. When I had trouble with the delivery one time (caused by the delivery compeny USPS) Fangamer was very helpful and right away sent another package without extra charge. Can recomend this website for all.

Bisher habe ich vier mal bei Fangamer bestellt. Einmal hatte ich ziemliche Zollprobleme, weil das Paket wohl nicht korrekt für den Zoll "vorbereitet" wurde.

I paid for overnighr shipping, when I didnt get the packdge I contacted them to refund me the overnight shipping charges and they refused, sending me to thier policys. I wouldnt recomend anyone to buy from them.

The item was incorrectly packaged, and as a result I incurred a large customs fee.
The delivery was extremely slow, taking more than a month.
European customers did not receive a digital item which was meant to be included. This was despite being charged the same price as the American customers.
Their customer service were polite, but offered zero compensation or apology for any issue relating to their poor service.

The item itself was fine once it arrived. I would only use Fangamer again if there was no alternative.

I've used this site a few times for presents for my teenager. The stuff always arrives in perfect condition, and quickly considering I'm in the UK! Really great site!

I've ordered multiple times from Fangamer. Their prices are steeper than other similar sites, but their quality is extremely high. I've had to deal with customer service about a wrong item and they were incredibly fast a responding and making it right. Communication was clear and helpful. Your orders are always packed with care and often little extra touches, such as cute little buttons and/or signed postcards thanking you for your business.

If I had to make some complaints/criticism to prove I'm not a shill, it's that the sizes seem to run a bit small (pay attention to the measurements and guides). Also a lot of their popular items seem to take a very long time to come back in stock.

Fantastic service, product and everything. Took its sweet time to get sent to the other side of the globe to me, but it did arrive here and everything was in order.

Out of all the video game merchandise sites out there, this site in particular has the coolest t-shirt designs. I would definitely recommend this site to others as their unique branding and products put them a step above all the rest.
