Unhelpful sales manager
Sales manager not helpful when mentioned same products cheaper in wickes . Not interested in matching prices . Ie charging £2.34 more than wickes ( if using 10% discount card ) . On 1 bag of multifinish!! .. and didn't care when mentioned. Don't get served by him . Other members of the team always very helpful.

Very easy to deal with
Very easy to deal with. Hired floor sander and edging sander via online. Collected by my trades person who also got extra sanding sheets. It wasn't a problem, they just called me a few days later to pay outstanding balance over the phone.

Great service from a great team
Simon and Dan in the office were great. Delivery was when I wanted it and very prompt. Rob the driver did an amazing job of negotiating a tricky windy driveway for us and carefully avoiding power lines etc. Can’t rate them all highly enough. Thank you.

He really took the time to explain the positives and drawbacks of different units so we could design something that suited us perfectly. Great service from Victoria who visited us twice to plan our new kitchen and confirm our measurements and order. All items arrived on the day agreed. Any additional items requested were delivered as needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Incorrect item sent
Updated review:
Initially an incorrect item was sent and a replacement was also incorrect. I ordered online and it seems the web content was not accurate (the issue was the dimensions of a drain gully). I used the number below to contact customer service and got a refund. It maybe better to use the website to find products and if there is any doubt order using phone etc. Web content and associated chat / self service needs improvement

Unfortunately, the vehicle did experience a hydraulic hose burst during delivery, which required a temporary repair and cleanup. While we initially planned to have your bag delivered first thing the next morning, there was an internal communication oversight regarding the repair status. This resulted in your bag not being scheduled for re-delivery as intended. We sincerely apologise for this mistake and the delay it caused.
As soon as the issue came to our attention, we made it a priority to get your bag delivered. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.

We hadn’t even heard that Frank Key designed and suppled kitchens until our, also excellent kitchen fitter Rich suggested we try them. Having your whole kitchen removed and replaced is never going to be a breeze, however Ben at FK made the experience as painless as possible! We now have a beautiful and practical kitchen finished to a high standard with quality products, thank you all.

Great builders merchants, staff inside the shop always helpful and happy and lads in the yard are helpful too, walk out with you’re ticket they are straight there to take you’re ticket then everything is brought to you’re van/car.
