Schlechte Erfahrung, Toilette war SEHR schmutzig.

Utrolig langsom security pga. underbemandet, som under en mellemlanding med over 1,5 timer mellem flyene, forsinkede os så meget at vi var sekunder fra at misse flyet videre til Canada. Vi gik direkte fra det ene fly mod det andet uden ophold.
På vej hjem igen igen store forsinkelser ved paskontrollen pga. underbemanding.

Chaotischer Flughafen! Weil offensichtlich kein Fahrzeug verfügbar war, um das Flugzeug aus der Parkposition zu manövrieren, wurde der Flug gestrichen und alle Passagiere mussten in Frankfurt übernachten.

In case of connections, if you are in a hurry, give up!
The slowness and rudeness of the baggage control staff is embarrassing. Kindness and understanding are not at home here and the impression is that the passenger is a burden and not an asset.
For future trips we will carefully evaluate a possible stopover at this airport.

First impression were great. It’s massive. Looks clean. Well organised BUT food shops are so pricey.. not a lot of choices. Also I have seen a few mice running around. Especially in the children play area and food shops terminal1. I have a video proof.

Absolut mies, dass man für Gepäckwägen 1 Euro miete bezahlen muss! Und wenn man einen Transfer zwischen den beiden Terminals machen muss, kann man den Wagen nicht einmal mitnehmen, sondern muss erneut für 1 Euro mieten. Ganz schlimm fand ich, dass beim Rückflug das Ausgabegerät für die Gepäckwagen defekt war - trotz Bezahlung konnte ich keinen Wagen entnehmen. Musste dann an einer anderen Stelle nochmals bezahlen. Herzlich Willkommen in Deutschland

Ein Stern aus Mitleid weil man sonst keine Bewertung abgeben darf!
Ich denke das dieser Flughafen Frankfurt oder besser gesagt die Bodenabfertigung für Koffer Ausliefern die schlestete der Welt ist!!!!!!!!!

Ohne Worte und auch kein Mensch da wo mann sich mal auskotzen kann.
Das ist eine moderne Art der Geldeinnahme für Parkgebühren.
Mal schauen ob sich dieser Verein was einfallen lässt kulanter gutmachung.
So hatte ich wenigstens Zeit diese Beschwerde einzureichen.

Der Airport in kennt leider nur eine Richtung - abwärts... Trotz mäßigen Passagieraufkommens nicht wirklich sauber, in Toilettennähe nach Urin riechende Luft, Zustand der Toiletten grenzwertig, viele Rolltreppen außer Funktion, teilweise fehlt die Wandverkleidung... Die Zeiten, dass Frankfurt ein Vorzeigeflughafen war und die Flughäfen in Südeuropa eher schmuddelig sind wohl endgültig vorbei.
Ein Highlight auch wieder die Sicherheitskonztrolle. Vor dem
Check: "Der Gürtel ist kein Problem. Nach den Durchleuchten: Bitte den Gürtel öffnen. " Hallo? Kommunikation ist mal wieder nicht eure Stärke, oder?
FRA, quo vadis...?

The worst. I’m disabled. Horrible service. Had to get through security on my own. Asked for help but left at security. Made my own way. Lady at the sit down cafe crazy rude. Line ups for bathrooms. Umm isn’t this Germany?? What happened to German cleanliness and orderliness??? Never again.

Jedes Jahr fliege ich von Frankfurt aus und jedes Jahr wird es immer schlimmer, genau wie heute, Terminal 1B das Arbeitspersonal ist sehr unfreundlich und jeder legt seine eigenen Gesetze fest, der Inhaber können genauer hinschauen, wem sie einstellen und mit welcher Stimmung die Arbeiter arbeiten , und damit nicht jeder seine eigenen Gesetze aufstellt

Arrived and not knowing our onward flight gate number tried to find somewhere to eat. Ugh long queues despite empty tables. When we got to the front breakfast had just finished. Gave up and found our gate number and eventually found we had to check out and check in again including going through security! Lost my water! Now at the gate after long trek and there's a queue for the loo!

We reached T2 by Emirates past 8 pm on 8th October 2022, with a few checked in bags. To catch a long distance train from T1 we took a shuttle bus. The first bus driver hesitated to take us saying there is not enough space left in the bus for our luggage. In a later bus we somehow managed to get in. At T1 bus stop we took another luggage carrier and moved in to go to the train station. For that we had to go one level down and then from there to go to level 3 or 4 to the train station. However to go to one level down there was on elevator or escalators. So we had to leave the second luggage carrier took, and carry the bags one by one and from there had to take a third carrier. At that level in T1 the shops were closing and we could not get even a bottle if water. The signs are not very clear for a new person there and after wandering for about half an hour we could find the lift to the train station. In short, three luggage carriers by paying 3 euros, and carrying luggage through the stairs, no one to ask any doubt, no water to drink... It is a nightmare! At the minimum there should be an elevator accessible from the bus stop at T1. Unfortunately the airport is not aware that long distance travellers come with a lot of luggage, it seems.

Wer zu viel Zeit, Nerven und eine gute körperliche Konstitution hat, kann sich eine Flugabwicklung über diesen Flughafen leisten. Derzeit gibt es kein Personal oder Technik zur Flugzeugbetreuung. Koffer können nicht ent- oder beladen werden, nicht gescannt und somit ewig lange Wartezeiten. Und die Koffer bleiben am Flughafen, werden hoffentlich irgendwann nachgeliefert. Die Gastronomie ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß- nur einseitiges und ungesundes Fastfood, nicht leistbar. Ich fliege in Zukunft daher nicht mehr mit Lufthansa und nicht über einen deutschen Airport. Übrigens: Handgepäck nur max. 8 Kilo, Aufgabe sehr teuer, keine Gratisplatzwahl, Wasser und eine kleine Schoko als Verpflegung. Und dann wird das Handgepäck beim Rückflug "gratis" eingecheckt, kommt aber nie an - was will man mehr. In Zukunft fahre ich mit der gleichen Reisedauer gemütlich mit der Bahn.

I had dinner at Haussmann’s Restaurant in Frankfurt Airport Monday, 28 March.
When I paid the bill using a credit card the terminal gave me different options for amounts to tip and also to not tip.
In Germany, unlike in for instance America, I’m pretty sure the workers receive a reasonable hourly wage, so tipping should be optional.
I was asked by the waitress why I didn’t tip her. This to me felt like she was overstepping a boundary.
If I had paid with cash I don’t think that this situation would have arisen. Or I hope not, anyway.
I hope that the staff of the restaurant can be advised by their leadership about how to handle this type of situation - it felt very awkward in my option.

Wenn möglich den AIRPORT FRANKFURT meiden!
Bei den letzten zwei Flügen habe ich über 60 Min am Gepäckband gestanden. Halle total überfüllt ( in Coronazeiten), schlechte Luft und keine Sitzmöglichkeit. PRIORITY Gepäck kam als letztes Gepäckstück an. Die Zustände sind in der heutigen Zeit unmöglich. Profit für die Fraport AG geht wohl über einen ordentlichen Umgang mit den Fluggäste.

Not that bad. Wouldn't recommend but I guess its ok after all.

Dieser Flughafen behandelt Tiertransporte wie der letzte Dreck !!!!

Your services are very poor and I regret that I bought from your store. Now it's been two weeks and my order still hasn't shipped. You are the worst store in the world.

Riesiger Airport, vor Allem aber ist es um das Gelände herum interessant, wenn man ein Fan von Flugzeugen ist. Als Teilzeit-Spotter mache ich hier immer gerne Aufnahmen. Vor Allem vom südlichen Rand.
