AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The quality of the furniture is rubbish..my dining room chairs ripped within a few months even though they were hardly used. Customer Service no better. I could write a book about the problems I've had with them but they're just not worth it.

However, we would like to clarify the timeline and the steps we have taken to resolve the concerns raised.
Your order was delivered in June 2025. In September 2025, approximately three months after delivery, you contacted us regarding an issue with the dining table. Following discussions, and as requested by you, we agreed to settle the matter with a £100 goodwill discount. This amount was subsequently refunded to your account, and you confirmed that you were happy to settle the matter on this basis.
We were then contacted again in July 2026 regarding issues with two chairs, approximately one year and one month after delivery. We understand that you are disappointed, but we must also take into consideration the length of time the furniture has been in use and the nature of the issues reported, which we have assessed as wear and tear.
Nevertheless, as a further gesture of goodwill, and on a one-time basis, we agreed to provide two replacement seat parts at cost. We have made every effort to offer a practical solution.
We also explained that, due to the location of the delivery postcode (BT43 7NU), our standard courier services do not deliver to the area. We therefore offered two options: you could arrange your own courier to collect the parts from our warehouse, or we could arrange a special delivery at cost. This is because several couriers have declined delivery to the area, and the specialist courier services available to us charge substantially higher delivery fees.
We have been established in this business since 2007 and take pride in serving our customers and providing quality products and customer service. While we are sorry that you have not been satisfied in this particular instance, we believe we have offered several reasonable options to resolve the concerns raised, including a £100 refund previously and replacement parts at cost as a further gesture of goodwill.
We remain willing to assist within the options already offered and hope we can bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

Very disappointing experience with Furniture in Fashion. The table is very low quality and does not look or feel as expected. Delivery was also significantly delayed and changed several times, with poor communication throughout. Overall, the whole experience felt more like a scam than dealing with a professional furniture company. I would not recommend them.

Your order was placed on 31 July and delivery was completed on 8 August, which is within just 5 working days. Our stated delivery timeframe is 7–10 working days, so the order was actually delivered ahead of the estimated timeframe.
We would also like to clarify that JBS2MAN Delivery is a professional courier service, and we have many customers who are happy with both their service and our customer service. Having reviewed the order, we have found no evidence of poor communication from either the courier or our team.
Furniture in Fashion has been in business since 2007, and we are proud of the many customers who are satisfied with their purchases and the service they receive from us.
Regarding your concerns about the table, we have not received any email from you reporting an issue or providing images. If you are experiencing any difficulty with the product, please contact our After Sales team and provide photographs of the table and details of the issue. Our team will be happy to review this and assist you further.
We are always willing to resolve genuine product concerns, and we hope you will give us the opportunity to investigate the matter properly.

Ordered a wall mounted parasol on the 27th July....has soon has I see it was the evri courier, I thought here we go, anyway 10 days later 6th August, evri said they've lost my parcel, so the supplier sent another parcel, still waiting 20th August, evri said its out for delivery for the 26th August, I told them not to use this unless courier, they of course ignored me, looks like maybe both items where probably stolen...don't order from this site,Also never use evri...its a waist of time effort & a complete headache

We’re sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the delay with your order. After carefully looking into your order, we would like to clarify the situation.
This item was dispatched directly by the supplier. As it was a direct supplier delivery, we are unable to choose the courier ourselves. The supplier initially dispatched the parcel with Evri, but unfortunately it was reported as lost in transit. We immediately contacted the supplier and requested that a replacement be sent. However, as the supplier controls the courier for these direct deliveries, we were again unable to select an alternative courier, and the replacement was also dispatched with Evri.
We have already chased the supplier multiple times regarding the replacement delivery. The latest information provided to us is that the parcel is currently showing as in transit. The supplier has advised that they cannot process a refund or cancel the transaction until they have confirmation that the order has been cancelled and the goods have been returned to their warehouse.
That said, given the continued delay, we will now contact the supplier again and request that they cancel the order and initiate the refund process.
We would also like to clarify that this situation is not representative of the experience of most of our customers, who are happy with their purchases and our service. Unfortunately, courier issues can occasionally occur, and while the supplier dispatches around 30 orders daily with Evri, this type of issue does not occur with every order.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we work with the supplier to resolve this matter.

Paper cam covers...awful!!
Arrived on time, all of the pieces were covered in protective peel off coverings that you just peel off but one of the pieces took me at least 25mins to take off bit by bit.
You erect this wall unit on the floor then lift up to the wall.
There was one chip in the unit & a couple of imperfections but only found this out when nearly finishing the completion so wasn't gonna send it back!
I'm a pensioner & found the instruction leaflet baffling at first but managed to understand after some studying.
All in all it's a really nice unit but my BIG BIG BEEF is the locking cam nut covers... they are adhesive stickers!! & they look AWFUL!& cheap(which they are)
I have now got to find plastic cam covers to replace the paper ones provided.
Really disappointed with the final result!
Would have provided pictures but unfortunately can't on this platform.

Thank you for your feedback. After carefully reviewing your order, we can confirm that the delivery was scheduled in line with the courier's planned route. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the driver was running slightly behind schedule. Delays can occasionally occur because of traffic, adverse weather conditions, vehicle issues, or other unexpected events.
Our records show that the delivery was refused when the courier arrived. As a result, the order was returned to our warehouse, and we issued a full refund to your original payment method.
While we always aim to accommodate our customers wherever possible, our couriers operate on carefully planned delivery routes with multiple deliveries scheduled each day. Unfortunately, it is not possible to rearrange a delivery for a customer-requested time on the day of delivery if the original delivery is refused.
We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback.
