It was time for Baileys yearly vaccination booster and flea and worm treatment as well as a Cytopoint injection as she had a flare up. As always Goddard's at Wanstead Hospital were amazing. Due to Baileys flare up they got her in very quickly and she is now doing much better. We saw a vet called Lucy who was so helpful and kind and thorough. The reception staff are always so helpful & kind too and nothing is too much trouble. I’ve been using Goddards at Wanstead for years not only with Bailey but with my previous dog Coco and always receive excellent service and care. Thank you to everyone at the Wanstead Hospital branch you all do an amazing job.

I visited Goddard Veterinary Group in West Ham on Monday 7 September with my cat Simba for a health check. Simba has always been extremely scared whenever we visit the vet, but the care and kindness he receives from the lady who looks after him is absolutely wonderful.

She has cared for Simba for many years, and the way she treats him, handles him and makes him feel safe is something truly special. ❤️ You can genuinely see how much she cares about animals, and her patience and compassion make such a difference.

It’s difficult to put into words how grateful I am for the care she has given Simba over the years. She is an absolute credit to the veterinary team, and I’m very thankful that Simba has someone who looks after him with so much kindness and understanding.

The vet I saw yesterday she was very helpful. She didn’t have a go at me if anything she was sympathetic towards me which I preferred she didn’t make out. That was my fault until she checked the cat out thoroughly and it’s due to his age and she’s got it under control now we’ve still got a little bit of work to do on him which is gonna be done next week and I’m happy for that.

Truly wonderful staff. They have been so kind, compassionate and highly professional. Helping my cat and I through a difficult time.

Our little Suki had a fall yesterday and, naturally, we were very worried. Thankfully, we managed to get an appointment within a couple of hours and, luckily, she seems to be okay. The vet thoroughly examined her, checked her heart and lungs, watched her walking and prescribed painkillers. We’ve been advised to let her rest and come back in a couple of days if she isn’t improving, in which case they’ll arrange an X-ray.

We’ve been with Goddard Veterinary Raynes Park since we got our first cat six years ago, and they have always been incredibly helpful, caring and reassuring. The whole team is amazing - from the receptionists and nurses to the vets - and you can really tell how much they care about the animals they look after.

We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for taking such good care of our little Suki. ❤️

Good overall visit at Harrow Weald. The checking in system doesn't really work. Please can you put your Price List in a place where it's clearly visible so we're aware that prices have gone up.

We had our yearly vaccination booster, flea & worm treatment & a check up for our cat. Staff in the Hackney branch are always a joy to see & speak with. Everyone is an animal lover and kind. After a year on being on their proactive pet plan all those treatments were free. This was such a relief and big help during the cost of living. Paying just under £18 a month gets many discounts on flea & worm treatments & food as well as nurturing & check ups. Helps manage to do your best for your pet. Thank you Hackney branch for your exceptional customer service.

A lovely vet practice. My cat was treated for his annual vaccinations and he was not at all stressed. Had a little wait to be seen but it was not an issue.

Computers are always slow, so booking and info takes time to process. This has gone on for years, and always is met with an apology from staff with the same we are getting upgraded soon, but it never happens.
The building is a disaster, no investment ever done to rectify it.
The people who work there are all brilliant especially Emma. But the top managers of the Equity Management firm that owns all the vets now it seems, love the profits off the back of the hard working workers and the rip off prices that the customers has to endure.
