A lovely vet practice. My cat was treated for his annual vaccinations and he was not at all stressed. Had a little wait to be seen but it was not an issue.

Computers are always slow, so booking and info takes time to process. This has gone on for years, and always is met with an apology from staff with the same we are getting upgraded soon, but it never happens.
The building is a disaster, no investment ever done to rectify it.
The people who work there are all brilliant especially Emma. But the top managers of the Equity Management firm that owns all the vets now it seems, love the profits off the back of the hard working workers and the rip off prices that the customers has to endure.

Had to take my dog in as an emergency. Staff were very friendly and vet was very thorough. Had bloods done and waited an hour for results so it was a good service. Initially had to wait a bit to see the vet but when I did he was very informative and explained everything very clearly so sometimes it’s better having to wait a bit but to see someone who is thorough.

I always value what the vets at Stone Lion veterinary hospital have to say. They look at every possibility of what could be the matter with your beloved pet and suggest a course of action. They never dismiss any problem however large or small it may be. Thanks always.

It was my dog’s first visit to collier row goddard’s and I can’t believe how good and relaxed she was, she used to tremble at our previous vets. All the staff were so calm and lovely and my dog seemed to really pick up on that vibe. Thank you ☺️

We have been taking our cockapoo, Henry, to Goddards Gidea Park since he was a puppy, and he is now over 13 years old. Throughout all this time, Richard Marks has provided consistently outstanding care.
Richard is highly experienced and his calm, compassionate manner makes every visit easier for both pets and owners. He has always diagnosed Henry’s health issues accurately and chosen the right treatment without fail. One of the things we value most is his integrity — he never recommends unnecessary tests or medication, and his judgement has earned our complete trust.
After more than two decades at Goddards, Richard’s expertise really shows. Henry has received exceptional care year after year, and we genuinely couldn’t imagine trusting Henry's care to anyone else.

Goddard has looked after my pets Filo Leo Teo and Laszlo for almost two decades and every single time, whether it’s been a routine appointment or an emergency, we have received the very best care, support and compassion.

Being open 24/7 is incredibly reassuring, but what really sets this clinic apart is the people. The vets, surgeons, specialists and nurses are all exceptional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. Every member of the team we’ve dealt with has been wonderful.

I also know many of my neighbours who use the same clinic for their dogs and cats, and they all have similarly positive experiences.

I wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else. If you’re looking for somewhere your pets will receive outstanding medical care while being treated with genuine kindness, I couldn’t recommend Goddard highly enough. ❤️🐾

Saw us within 15 mins regarding one of my cats who had come in with a bloody internal ear. We weren't sure if it was a cut or an infection. Turned out to be a bite which has become infected.
Can't praise the vet enough very thorough (even when the cat wasn't being helpful) and efficient.

They physically dealt with my cat well. But not considerent when bringing him into the reception in his box. Banged him around several times
I would recommend them but would take him from the consultation room myself (I'm disabled and use a stick).
I usually use Greenford practice and there is not one bad thing I can say about them, they are wonderful. This review is for Mandeville practice in Northolt.

Everything is going well with the stuff, they are very nice people and care a lot about all the pets, they have patience and they have a good attitude.

This is our very first time to visit any if vetclinic in London.
We have most recently got a dog that for us ,for childless couple, has become the epicentre of the wide whole world!
You can not failed to be charmed by as lovely as our dog!
It is a very interesting and popular breed pushon as the combination of bushon fraiser and puddle.
We absolutely adore our winsome, kissable, cuddle, extremely friendly little piece of happiness - our dog!
Who would not?!
So what happened was that the last weekend our little diamond treasure - our dog had fell sick.
Words can never express how much we were worried sick of him!
It goes without saying that we would give our adorable dog into just safe, sure, highly capable, deeply caring, superbly professional hands.
We were so lucky to find this vetclinic and, especially , to get into Miss Rachel sure, kind, warm hands!
It clearly emerges that Miss Rachel was born to be a vet doctor!

Miss Rachel happens to be a very special young lady, highly professional vet doctor who treats with all illnesses by her captured smile, her pleasant beautiful voice, tone of voice, her gentle touching , her amazing attitudes!
Our little diamond treasure - our dog was so much comfortable, cosy, well - relaxing while in the doctor room.
Miss Rachel paid her impactful, special, meticulous attention to our dog and treated him like her LAST and her SOLE patience.
That is a clue why Miss Rachel is so successful, so much loved and deeply cherished by pets and their owners.
It worth to be mentioned that all the staff of this vet clinic goes above snd beyond for our little brothers and sisters - that is how we called our dogs and cats!
We were so much welcoming and awesomly greeting by a receptionist Miss Rebecca and all others thr staff members who must be enourmously proud of their happy patiences!
On the behalf of our family we thank everyone of the staff ever so much and we are truly wishing them contunied success, good diligence and excellence, serving the utmost worthy and empathic mission: to keep our pets happy for themselves, joyful, healthy, fit and cheeful!

In this vet clinic each pet's voice is utterly heard!

Visited stone lion during emergency hours on a Saturday with our greyhound that had a tooth injury. Got an appointment within 2 hours. Reception were welcoming, calm and professional. The vet was really caring, explaining everything and letting us know what our choices were. As our dog was able to eat and drink and bleeding had stopped, it was suggested that tooth extraction although necessary, wasn’t an emergency requiring immediate attention and we could call our regular vet for this during the week to do this. He did prescribe antibiotics and pain relief for him. We appreciated the care and honesty.

Just collected my dog after having a grass seed removed. From start to finish I have been kept informed every step of the way. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and a phone call from the vet Gordon explaining the procedure gave me reassurance we had done the right thing by bringing him in. Brilliant service. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks to all at Goddard Collier Row.
