Staff at this surgery are kind, caring and professional, we always receive great service.

Richard at Goddard's is an excellent vet he is kind and obviously loves animals he explains everything that he is going to do to your animals in a way you understand. The nurses are excellent and treat all your animals as if they were there own. When you are going to use Goddard's I can't recommend Goddard's Gidea Park enough.

The young female vet at this surgery is absolutely amazing. She’s kind, friendly, patient. I have 2 dogs with issues and both with anxiety and she handles them really well. All the nurses are amazing too.

Staff very friendly and helpful. My kitten's first time going to the Vet, she was so happy and curious, got all the information and help I needed. Very happy with the service and information. Highly recommended.

The nurse receptionist was helpfu and was able to offer us a choice of appointments that suited us.
We saw the vet quickly and he gave our cat a thorough examination. We could choose whether to try recommended medications. We did so and our cat seems a lot better.

The staff here are amazing. Been using this vets for about 5 years now. I have a very nervous dog but they have been amazing with him. I'm sure he looks forward to his visits now (if only for the liver cake!!)
The service received after my cat died was amazing. Everything explained in detail and we were given as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes.

Seen at appointment time and very friendly reception. Lady vet very friendly and we were not rushed, given helpfull advice where required. Would recommend this vets as they have always treated all our cats over the years .

The staff have always been brilliant.
Recent visit was for routine vaccinations and general check-up. As always staff were welcoming and friendly and the locum vet was one we have seen before.
All in all a very good experience.

We had an excellent experience for our cat’s annual check up. Like most cats, ours becomes anxious going to/being at the vets, but Ralph (the vet who conducted the session) was wonderful with him. Had such a relaxed manner that even the injection was barely noticed. For once our cat stayed happily on the consultation table rather than jumping back into the cat carrier once released from the vet’s grip. Praise indeed! We were also informed about a Pet Protection Scheme which should save us money. Another good experience at Wanstead Goddards.

We have been extremely happy with the care shown to our beloved 15 year old Labrador. Sunil is very knowledgeable and always proactive in keeping our dog healthy and happy! The reception team are consistently friendly and helpful. They will do everything possible to organise what’s needed. We are very grateful to all the team and Rosie is looking forward to her next visit!

This was my first time visiting the vets with my new pet and I was really anxious and nervous and worried for my pet but the staff really reassured me and the care they gave my little kitten meant so much. I got recommended by a family member about how good their service is but to experience it is so much better!

Amy had her nails clipped today, all nursing staff were nice and friendly and made a fuss of Amy putting her at her ease, at Grove road.

It's always a great experience with our Italian vet at Acton branch. As usual we were served really quickly and swiftly, my beloved kittie got her yearly vaccinations and dewormer and off we went! Literally in a blink of an eye! Also the receptionist was very helpful with some formalities I needed help with for the insurance claim for our other visit.

Lovely staff. Never kept waiting. Always friendly and kind. Been going here for my cat for 14+ years and would not move. Highly recommend.
