Always very helpful
Lancaster are my go to people for classic car insurance. I feel like I get a personal service and never feel like I’m calling a massive call centre. I’ve used Lancaster for years and they are helpful, friendly and professional. Great prices and they understand a classic car policy and everything that comes with that.

Quality of service always very good, as is value for money, support when contacting, speed of response etc. Have been more than happy to use Lancaster for insuring classic car for several years. Only minor niggle was articulation of speaking during last call to arrange and confirm cover. I'm old, hearing now not so good: please slow down, enunciate.
