About Littlefair's
Back in 2001, Les G. Littlefair began stocking wood stain products in his Darwen based bric-a-brac shop and soon noticed how well the products sold. As a joiner with an eye for perfection, he believed he could create an even better product that could enhance any untreated wood. After months of perfecting a product that was easy to use, environmentally friendly and beautiful to look at, Les began selling his first range. It wasn’t long until the success of his products enabled him to leave the bric-a-brac trade and concentrate on cultivating his own brand.
Based in Blackburn, Littlefair’s are multi award winning manufacturers of water-based wood dyes, varnishes, finishing oils and wax polishes. In addition to selling online we supply a number of trusted stockists – please look on the ‘find a stockist’ section on our website to locate your nearest stockist!
We were delighted recently to land the 2021 Distinction Award for Customer Service Excellence, awarded by SME News, as our values centre around providing the finest quality products and great customer service. I have final found a product thatonce…
I have final found a product that once you stain and treat its looks has good year after year I have used this product for the past 3 years it doses not fade a quick coat and oil and looks refreshed and has good as the fist day it went on. I have used it on my garden fences and sheds. Thank you

Easy to apply wood dye and lovely colour
Have used the wood dye for a while now and really pleased with the colour it brings out in the wood. Really easy to apply and dries quickly too.
