After reading so many awful reviews I was not holding my breath for the dress' arrival. BUT I was pleasantly surprised! The dress is almost exactly as pictured. Instead of a front split as advertised it has a side split. She prefers that anyway. It took ages to arrive but I ordered well in advance so adjustments could be made when it arrived. Overall its well made with no defects.

Inizio dicendo che proprio perché non c'è modo di vedere e di toccare con mano, dovrebbe esserci il diritto di rimborso, qualsiasi venditore online, lo fa. Avevo acquistato un vestito che quando l'ho ricevuto non rispecchiava, quello mostrato sul sito, in quanto doveva essere un plissettato leggero, ed invece aveva tre strati di tessuto spessi. Dopo vari messaggi, durati mesi eravamo arrivati all'accordo che mi avrebbero restituito l'importo del vestito, ho rispedito il pacco contenente il vestito al venditore, pagando le spese di spedizione 46€, alla fine ho perso soldi e vestito! Sono incazzatissima perché mi hanno fregata. Spero che la giustizia divina faccia il suo corso e che paghino tutto con gli interessi!

Sehr unseriöse firma. Habe kleidung erhalten und deffekt erhalten. mich bei ihnen gemolden,jedoch keine antwort erhalten. NICHT BEI DIESER FIRMA BESTELLEN!!

Horrible experience

I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from these people. The dress that I ordered for my daughter for her matric dance is so big and the glitter used on the dress is so bad. The glitter is falling off and you can't help but sneeze or cough when you handle the dress. I want to return the dress but they are not answering my email. Please be careful. Do not just buy online without proper research. Stay away from missydress.

Eine Katastrophe! Am 10.04.22 ein Kleid bestellt und bezahlt. Es kam kein Bestätigungsmail. Daraufhin habe ich geschrieben. Keine Antwort. Dann habe ich den "live chat" versucht. 1 Std vergeblich auf eine Reaktion gewartet, ausser dass ich 3x zu einer anderen Person umgeleitet wurde. Bis heute keine Reaktion. Habe geschrieben, ich storniere die Bestellung und will mein Geld zurück. Keine Reaktion. Ich werde es meiner Rechtsschutzversicherung übergeben. Meiner Meinung nach grenzt das schon an Betrug. AlsoLeute: Finger weg von dieser Firma!

Mia figlia ha acquistato un abito per i suoi 18 anni. Abbiamo pagato supplemento per consegna nei tempi desudwrati. Ilvestitinon è arrivato in tempo per la ceeimonia però era perfetto. Ho scritto al servizio clienti per chiedere rimborso spese di spedizione. Mi hanno risposto e rimborsato intera spesa di spedizione in 2 giorni

I urge you not to touch this crowd of scam merchants. They masquerade as an Irish website but are in fact a very shady Chinese operation. I am so annoyed that I was taken in by their crap. Forget returning your orders. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Unfortunately cannot give them ZERO stars. Parasites!

Ich habe voll Vorfreude am 9. Oktober eine Bestellung für zwei Kleider in Auftrag gegeben.
Das ist über zwei Monate her. Auf meine dringlichen Anfragen und Eingaben bekam ich lediglich den Hinweis, das ich mich mit der Zustellungsfirma in Verbindung setzten soll. Tat ich natürlich mehrmals, ja mehrfach wöchentlich! Von denen kam der Hinweis die Absenderfirma zu kontaktieren. Ping - Pong....
Der Schriftverkehr ist enorm, ergebnislos und nervlich belastend.
Dafür bekam ich aber eine Zahlungsaufforderung von unserem Österreichischem Zollamt, dass ich bis 2.12.21. einen Zoll in der Höhe von 109,77 € zu entrichten habe. Das für einen Warenwert von 241.92€ !!! Gut, das geht Missy nichts an.
ABER auf meine zahlreichen schriftlichen Eingaben, dass ich doch eigentlich nur gerne meine Ware bekommen würde, oder doch wenigstens das Geld zurück und ich mir eine Antwort, einen Lösungsvorschlag erwarten würde, gibt es bis heute Stillschweigen!
Noch nie bin ich als Kunde dermassen ignoriert worden!
Überlegen Sie es sich gut, mit solchen Firmen in Kontakt zu treten!

I cant believe it,i honestly thought missydress.ie was really based in Dublin Blackrock,well see what thought done.....Im very skeptic about ordering online as im always very vigilant,anyway i used google maps and location does not exist,i ordered a dress for my daughter size UK 10,material lovely but size ridiculous they come from CHINA,please do not order from this site,i have read reviews and i dont know why the people are giving good reviews,just stick with shops you know.Dont be a fool like me.

Uruselt företag, mailat 3 gånger och frågat efter min beställning men inte kommit någonting verken bekräftelsemail eller svar!! 15000kr åt skogen

Per quanto mi riguarda recensioni sbagliatissime. Ho comprato un vestito che è arrivato perfetto, in un tempo di 20 gg. Il vestito è ben fatto, la gonna in tulle stupenda e la sottogonna è a doppio strato. Misura corrisponde perfettamente colore pure
Non lasciatevi ingannare dal fatto che non arrivi l’email di conferma, se volete controllare xhe sia stato preso in carico il vostro ordine basta andare nella voce apposita del sito.

The worst experience online dress shopping ever. Took my measurements ordered the dress of my dreams a size bigger for alterations. I even contacted them personally to make sure of sizing and that the dress will arrive on time or to please cancel order. They sent a dress all tags and sizing removed the dress was way to small and would not zip up we contacted the company to get responses like it fit on mannequin fine take to alter so I did and it could not be altered as it needed 4 inches of added fabric to zip up. Fought with company as they requested pictures of me taking measurements of my bust to prove to them. Needless to say I never got what I ordered or paid for and am stuck with a wedding dress I loved but couldn’t wear. Please I don’t want this to happen to any other person it was heartbreaking. Got married in a dress I got stuck with last minute horrible experience.

Das Kleid war kaputt und die Farbe des Kleids war beige anstatt in weiss. Und es war viel zu eng. Ich bekam 10% als ich mich beschwerte. Sehr enttäuschend.

Se potessi darei zero stelle. Per carità non acquistate mai da questo sito, presa dall'euforia ho acquistato 3 vestiti senza accertarmi dell'affidabilità della ditta. Dopo solo 2 ore da ordine cerco di annullare ma servizi e contatti NON ESISTONO alla fine della storia ad un mese di distanza mi risponde un Customercar che non so chi sia che crea un sacco di cavilli anche dopo aver accettato un rimborso di metà di quanto ho speso. Dopo oggi credo che nessuno mi rimborserà nulla!

Don't buy from this website. Sizing is completely different to uk.i've emailed them but no response. Now I'm stuck with a dress I can't wear .wish I'd read the reviews first .

Assolutamente sconsigliabile,
Ho acquistato un abito per mia figlia pagando una differenza sulle spese di spedizione per farlo arrivare il 2 dicembre. Non ho ricevuto una email di conferma acquisto ne’ e’ Stato possibile contattare il servizio vendite perché non hanno mai risposto alle mie email.
Il pacco e’ Arrivato oggi chiuso in una misera busta come se fosse un pigiama cinese.
La manifattura e’ Mediocre e lo stesso si può dire dei materiali per un vestito il cui costo supera i 150 euro. Ma sopratutto e’ Inesistente il servizio clienti tant’e Vero che pensavo fosse una truffa e stavo per bloccare la carta di credito.

Horrible. We ordered a dress for the mother of the groom. It came in the wrong colour and the size did not fit her. I tried to send it back they refused. And they wouldnt even take the dress back or refund. Dont ever buy anything from there worst customer service ever. I wish i had read these reviews before making her order from scammers! Only thing left to do is to call the bank. What a horrible company. I wish there was a way to close them down they dont deserve to be open
