Missydress 

DO NOT ORDER from this company. You will not receive what you ordered and you WILL NOT be able to obtain a refund. They are careful with the wording they use on their website but in reality it is a scam. They use dishonest tactics to make themselves look genuine. My 18 year old daughter lost €100 of her hard earned money on a Debs dress she purchased on the Missydress website. Please warn others so they do not suffer the same hurt.

Sehr enttäuschend. Das Kleid ist total anderst wie auf dem Bild. Das Décolleté sah aus als wurde es falsch Genäht und danach einfach wieder darüber Genäht worden. Alles verlöchert. Habe Ihnen gschrieben und Fotos gesendet, dann kam die Antwort dass Sie mir 10% vom Preis vom Kleid geben würden. Lächerlich bei einem kaputten Kleid welches man nie anziehen kann...

Ordered a dress under “prom dresses” and received it two weeks later in which the packaging said “wedding dress”. The dress I ordered is a knock off to the picture. It was horrible. It was extremely puffy and the top of the dress was square. Their sizes are right on the website but completely off in person. Their customer service is awful. I emailed them the day I got the dress because you have 7 days to return and I got a reply the next day which was good I then waited 4 days for another reply which left me with 2 days to return the dress. I clearly stated what was wrong with the dress and it’s extremely obvious what is wrong the the dress and I’m still being refused my right to get a refund. On their website it says “Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to the MissyDress.ie Team” if that was true I would have been replied to on team and have my refund. Don’t order from here. It’s a waste of money and a waste of time. They just scam you

So far not good I ordered my dress on the 28 July the site said it would be here at the latest the first 16 aug I emailed them as it’s for a special occasion the tracking says still tailoring target said after five days of waiting for a reply that I have to be patient I asked again if it will be delivered by the promised 16 aug no answer I don’t feel I am being impatient just wanting an update very rude and after reading the feed back am quite concerned about what I will recieve. However my dress has now arrived and it’s beautiful nothing wrong good work team.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - SOOO BAD

I, like most of the other reviews ordrered a Debs Dress from MISSLEDDRESS (ops sorry Misseydress). When I received the dress it was totally different to what I ordered. I imediately requested a Product Return Form (as per the Returns Policy) and was told that I couldn't return the dress because it "looks nice" and I should be more understanding and just settle with the dress. I laughed at this as the dress was nothing like what was in the picture.

I am in the middle of an email war with them trying to get my money back. Their excuses are so PATHETIC I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Please take my advice and do not order from this website, you would get better satisfaction in burning your money.

One trick to people trying to reclaim their funds. Contact your credit card companies and deem this as fraud. That is exactly what it is FRAUD !

Whatever you order will not be delivered on time, after your occasion you will receive a dress that is not even close to what you ordered!! They use the cheapest material ever!! The dress will not fit!!! Very ugly, cheap out of shape dresses with no form, shape whatsoever!!
The photos of the dresses are not real!!!! And you will get a complete different thing!
Customer service doesn’t exist!!
No confirmation email after order!!!
No contact details!!!
If you are lucky you will get an email from the so called customer service who will tell you to a lot of Nonsence!
If you don’t like the dress they will tell you to find a tailor to fix it for you and you will get 10% refund!!!
Basically, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this scammers!!!

you are not able to send it back even if you don't like the dress and you have ordered a standard size. The dress also does not look the same as on the picture!

Jag har inget positivt att säga om vare sig företaget eller produkten. Klänningen vi köpte kom senare än utlovat och när den kom var den riktigt illa sydd och dålig kvalite. Sned, asymmetrisk, lösa stenarsom föll av, lösa trådar och saknade det glittret som var på deras bilder. Vi måttbeställde klänningen men den gick inte ens att knäppa vare sig bak eller de axelband som fanns. Vi reklamerade omgående men fick ingen respons. Först efter tre veckor och en rad arga mail kom svar. Företaget efterfrågade på nytt order nummer, bilder, beskrivning osv. Efter en rad mailkonversation så ber de oss sy om klänningen. Det skulle kosta mer än klänningen kostade samt att det enligt skräddare inte ens är möjligt. Klänningen kostade 2000 som vi aldrig kommer få tillbaka för företaget inte vill erkänna felaktigheterna.

Do NOT buy from Missydress. They are a bunch of crooks. They sent me a dress six times too small. They refused to refund or exchange and I lost all my money, plus I didnt have sufficient money left after this to buy a proper wedding gown from another shop. They had ruined my whole wedding day.

Wer denkt für 120 Euro ein passendes schönes Kleid zu bekommen der läuft nicht ganz rund. Selber schuld wer sein Kleid im Ausland online bestellt

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I recently bought a dress from this company and to say I had a bad experience is an understatement. The dress arrived after about 3 weeks and the quality was TERRIBLE, the sequins were falling off the top of the dress was completely see through and the dress was puckering all down the sides. I then contacted the company to return the dress and get a refund and after emailing the company 5-6 times I eventually got a reply after threatening legal action. I was then told to keep the dress that I couldn't return it and they would not refund me, I am still trying to get the refund and return the dress! Save yourself the hassle and avoid this terrible company. Awful quality, awful customer service and refusal to honour your legal consumer rights!!

Don’t trust missydress.ie
When my dress arrived it resembled nothing to the one I had ordered. Colour, embolishments, material. There was no resemblance. It was a cheap knock off of the dress advertised on their website. When I email missydress.ie searching for a return then simply said no. I explain they had to oblige the 14 day “cooling off” period and they still refused. I received emails stating “there was no problem with the dress” and “it looks nice”. The dress I received was cheap and badly made and not worth the €120 which I paid. Do not buy from missydress.ie

Absolute WORSE place to order a dress
They don’t ship the right size - sent it smaller
Won’t own up to THEIR error
Then offer $20 to have it altered
How can anyone alter a dress when there is not enough material to begin with?
Run to the store to buy a dress

Our flower girl dresses are AMAZING. And they came very quickly, arriving sooner than expected.

The communication from the company wasn’t the best (hence the 4 stars) otherwise it was a great purchase.

Das Kleid kam nach ca 3 Wochen an und ist für den Preis gut. Ich hatte meine Masse genannt und entsprechend wurde es angefertigt.
Meiner Meinung nach entspricht es den Bildern und auch die Qualität ist nach meinem Eindruck besonders, wenn ich den Preis bedenke gut.

Was mich etwas gestört hat war die Kommunikation mit der Firma. Es gab keine Bestätigungsemail und trotz meiner Eingabe der Benutzerdaten konnte ich mich nicht einloggen. Der Wunsch nach einem neuen Passwort wurde nicht erfüllt.

Für mich in Summe aber ok und ich würde dort wieder ein Kleid bestellen und werde es auch.

Ho ordinato il mio abito circa 1 mese fa. Oltre a pagare la quota dovuta per L ‘ abito ho pagato la spedizione “accelerata”. La consegna era prevista per il 26 settembre. Dopo aver ordinato l’abito sono “arrivata” su questo sito , leggendo delle recensioni a dir poco pessime. Il “danno” però era già fatto e tartassavo di mail “missydresses” per sapere continuamente a che punto fosse il vestito e se tutto andava bene. Il servizio clienti è stato disponibile H24 anche alle 3 di notte. Rispondevano sempre e mi aggiornavano sulla situazione di sartoria e consegna. Mi hanno avvertito quando il pacco è partito dalla Cina e la consegna ha ritardato qualche giorno, infatti mi è arrivato l’uno ottobre. Onestamente non appena aperto il pacco ero quasi certa di trovare una cosa schifosa.. In realtà l’abito dei miei sogni era lì dentro , un tantino largo (può succedere, è sempre un abito da cerimonia ed avevo già messo in conto qualche ritocchino dalla sarta). L’abito è bellissimo, cucino non perfettamente e con un sacco di strati di tulle molto validi! Se posso essere sincera la qualità vale il prezzo dell’abito! Un abito del genere a negozio mi sarebbe costato non meno di 1000 euro. Io L ho pagato 160 con spedizione e tassa doganale (22€) comprese. Consiglio ❤️
