I am having the worst time ever with this company! I ordered a wedding dress. I loved the design and low price i saw online! What arrived had nothing to do with it! The design was wrong, the quality was terrible, it was like putting on a garbage bag, and the colour was not what i ordered!! I have sent them more than 10 emails and photos and i get back stupid replies i.e "no the colour is right","the picture shows the colour is right", " the dress is fine". I keep trying to tell them that if it was all good i would not bother with this!the photos clearly show that i got a white dress and not an ivory! I think i need to accept that i made a mistake not reading first the reviews here before buying! There is no number to call them either. They got me by offering an 80% discount.. well this dress does not worth a penny and i will trash it! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! THIS IS A SCAM!!

They double charged me to begin with and never refunded! The dress they sent me looked nothing like the picture and was damaged! Refusing to refund and want to give me a 5% compensation! What a joke! dont waste your time and money.

I saw a dress that I thought would be perfect for my daughter's Grd 8 graduation and ordered it... however when she got home from school, she didn't like it. Sent emails within their cancellation policy (more than 6) that went without reply. Got order confirmation next day, so sent more messages and forwarded the ones from previous day... no response. Tried their "Live Chat" (Note: there is no phone number to call and they won't give you one) and after waiting 5 minutes between responses and being told they charge and only refund 50% less shipping after 24 hrs, despite my request within the 6hr cancellation policy. I was told they respond to emails within 24 hours. Got disconnected from "Live Chat" after waiting more than 10 minutes for a reply to a question. Will never order form them again... wish I would have read reviews before using this site. Only gave a 1 star rating because zero isn't allowed. Beware!

I bought a dress from this website and provided them with a specific date after paying for extra shipping and being guaranteed a refund if it was late. It arrived late and they did not stand over refund absolutely disgraceful and entirely unhappy with service.

My wedding is on March and I ordered from this company on the end of January, my evening dresses and 4 bridesmaid dresses total 9 dresses they can all on time to me, size and aquility is amazing! I will absolutely refer to my friends.

Das Kleid kam pünktlich an und ist qualitativ gut.

Jedoch hätte jeder so schief schneiden können, dafür braucht man keinen Schneider der es extra für einen anfertigt. Oft war der Unterstoff länger als der Überstoff und auf der Linken Seite wurde so und so ein Eck einfach raus geschnitten und fehlte.

Die Reparatur Kosten musste ich zusätzlich selbst tragen, Stolze 50€!
Der Kampf um ein Paar Euro zurück, ist für die Firma beschämend! Nur 8% haben sie mir nach ca. 10 Mails endlich zugestanden, denn so schief geschnitten hätte man es ja trotzdem anziehen können. War aber eine Maßanfertigung!

Das Kleid hatte 161€ ohne Versandkosten gekostet, jedoch wird pausenlos behauptet es wären nur 103€ gewesen. Trotz Rechnung hab ich nur 8€ zurück bekommen.
Der Kampf wird wohl bis zum Konsumentenschutz gehen.

Aja, ACHTUNG: die Zollkosten von ca. 50€ nicht vergessen wenn man dort was bestellt. Das steht nämlich versteckt bei Customs and Import Tax und nicht bei den Lieferkosten und wird vom Lieferanten (DHL) eingehoben.

Zum Abschluss möchte ich sagen: Das Kleid dort zu bestellen war kein Fehler, die Schwierigkeiten nach Lieferung hätte ich mir aber gerne erspart, die kosten nur nerven!

The dress arrived in time and is made out of a good material.

The problem was, it was super uneven. Everyone can cut like this, for that you don’t need a dressmaker. Often the lower material was longer that the top one and on the left side, they make a big edge inside.

The repairing costs for round 50€ I had to pay on my own.
The fight for few Euros back is a shame for this company.
Just 8% they want to send me back after round 10mails, because you can use it also so uneven like it was. Problem: It was a mass customization!

The dress costs161€ without shipping costs, but the always say it costs just 103€. So I got just 8€ refund.
The fight will go till the customer lawyer.

Just take care: The toll costs are not included from round 50€. You can find this small information at Customs and Import Tax and not at Delivery costs. You have to pay it at delivery.

Finally I will say: It was not a mistake to order the dress there, just I can miss all the problems with it! It just costs nerves!

I'm getting married next year and saw a image of a dress I loved the look of. Thought I'd see how much out my price range it was and was amazed to see it was only £130. Now add the £22 shipping and the extra £3.45 for delivery and it's still less than £160. Thought when it arrived I'd be ripped off but the detail and fit were perfect and it looked amazing. So very very happy.

Disgusting dress ,realy and not chance to get refund.I am very sad Please don't order anything they won't return your emails ...please STAY AWAY from this website...I just received my "wedding dress " looks like blanket ...And they refusing take it back ...it is broken and dirty and everything .I sent them picture but they don't want to sent me return adress.Be careful you will never get your money back !

I had been looking at the dress for a few week, and debating whether to buy it or not but i'm so glad i bought it and now i'm saving it to wear to my best friend's party

I absolutely loved my dress. It came in less than a week after ordering and I ordered a standard size. I did go up a size since I was right at the measurements of one size. The dress fit perfectly and was of great quality. I was completely and totally satisfied and will definitely recommend Missy Dress to others and order from them again. Hi, this is the dress I bought for my mother's birthday.From the day I purchased the dress and I received it in the mail was only three weeks. She is so pleased with her dress! The size is fit and the color grape is also her favorite! She said it is the best birthday gift I've ever got for her!

I purchased this dress 3weeks ago for my brother's upcoming wedding. It's really the first time I've ordered clothing online especially for so much money so I was a little hesitant. This dress is gorgeous!! I had measured myself and ordered a size 8 and was a little worried when the dress arrived,it fits well,The measurements were right on! The color is actually a little more peachy than what I have thought which really makes the beading pop! Shipping was great!

I was weary about ordering this dress especially after all the negative reviews. But they had my dream wedding dress. So after much debate, I decided to order as it wasn't very expensive. 15 days later my dress was delivered by DHL. Stunning! the detail, the ivory material.... It is beautiful. A little big but that may be because I have been dieting. I would purchase again from them.

After paying for a rush order we waited an unacceptable amount of time for the dress to arrive, when we asked why it was taking so long we were told because of a holiday ........ for 6 weeks, wish we could have holidays that long in the UK ! I don't think they had a holiday for that long but it was just another excuse for the delay, prior to that we were told that wedding dresses take a long time to make - so why advertise a false date for delivery and a rush order option too. They will almost beg whilst offering the sincerest of apologies but if your still not satisfied they will then become rude and on occasions just ignore you. As for the dress, a quick look and it appears spectacular however on closer inspection the work is shoddy with tacking stitches showing, the pleating has the odd pleat sewed down in the opposite direction on one side so it doesn't even run in a true line. The hemline is badly executed with creasing sewn in! and even the tie for the back of the dress has stitching missing altogether. To top it all off there are dirty marks and there is even a footprint on the front. I wish I'd have read the terms and conditions and more about the company before purchasing from them, had I realised that the gowns were just copy's and bad ones at that and that the company have everything covered (including mistakes of up to 10%) in the small print I would not have bought from them. We have since purchased another wedding gown for our daughter ...... this time from the UK. You get what you pay for folks and the dresses are cheap but you get poor workmanship, cheap quality and bad service to go with it.

I made an order for some dresses for bridesmaids for our wedding however we have had never-ending issues with this company.

We bought 1 dress in December to ensure that the dress is genuine and is the correct colour as they were unable to provide us with any guarantees on the colour. The dress was purchased with confirmation from [names] that if any dresses were not adequate quality or the colours were wrong then we could return the dresses for a full refund. We ordered the dress and it arrived in the UK several weeks later. We had to pay customs import charges which we weren't notified about. As soon as we received the dress we had to notify Missy of several issues including poor stitching on the hem and strap.

We were insure whether to order the remaining 2 dresses however Missy offered a £30 discount on our next order, promised the quality would be better and again promised a full refund if we were not happy so we went ahead with the order at the beginning of January. We received the dresses 3 weeks later and we couldn't have been more disappointed. These dresses we a different shade of green, the stitching with terrible, the pleats on the dress had a different design to that of the first dress, the belts were different, there we snags in the middle of the material. Customer service asked for photos and I sent them all in as proof and they offered an £8 refund for on order which is unusable and worth over £250! It is now over a month later and at least 30 emails and live chat messages have been sent. I have received about 6 emails back including 'begging for forgiveness' and 'Even if full payment can not be back!' (can anyone understand that?!). I did receive one email back which increased the refund size to £10! Needless to say I declined their joke of a refund. I have now asked for the return address at least 5 times and the managers email address 3 times and they have ignored each message.

They claim to offer excellent customer service and offer a returns policy. Even the managers replies on this thread claim that they put customers first. As far as I can see it is a complete lie and if you have paid out for dresses which are faulty you have no chance of getting your money back.

If a manager from Missy wishes to finally make contact please do, you will find my email address when you open your email inbox and see countless messages from me.

A real company would not have so many appalling reviews and as a customer service manager myself I can guarantee you would receive a hell of a lot more custom by doing everything possible to avoid bad reviews like this and every other one on here. The internet is a wonderful thing so I will be spreading the word of your appauling service on many other sites until you finally offer the full refund...

I ordered 2 dresses from this company for my friend's wedding. They were appallingly badly made and far far too small. The dresses were unusable. I have spent 3 months complaining and trying to get some money back. Despite spending over US$240, the company offered me only US$15!! Outrageous. I'm better off selling the dresses on eBay. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I only clicked one star because I had to. Ideally I would click none.
