If I could give them zero stars I would! This is my fault for rushing and not digging in and reading more reviews. What a horrible experience. I ordered a dress and it looks nothing like the picture, the color is wrong, the bra cups are sewn in sideways and through the nipple. This is very poor form of sewing standards.
The beading is all half falling off and cheap looking, as well the beading thread is grabbed into the lining skirt and pulling it up.
I asked to return it as typically anywhere you purchase something you can return it, apparently they don't take returns unless its horribly screwed up!
They charge you extra shipping duties on top of everything I paid to have a rush dress made. So now I am left with a dress I don't like. Thankfully I can sew so I am going to fix this dress and then sell it. As it upsets me too much to look at it.

Whatever you do don't buy from here, yes its cheaper, but as the age old saying goes you get what you pay for!! Something I won't forget ever again.

Das bestellte Kleid hatte die falsche Grösse, war an einiges Stellen unsauber genäht und zudem stimmte die Farbe ganz und gar nicht mit der aus der Tabelle überein. Dieses Unternehmen ist äussert unseriös. Ich habe sicher schon 20 Mails mit dem Kundendienst ausgetauscht, die möchten mir das Geld nicht rückerstatten. Ich empfehle niemandem eine Bestellung von dieser Seite.

I will say that even though I paid over $200 plus extra duty fees, for a dress that costs less then $40 on wish, or alibaba it did arrive on time but that's about it. The shoulder strap is sewn on in the wrong place, there is a big piece of lace missing from the back. The tailoring is very very poor quality, and not worth spending the money on. It will cost almost the same as what I paid to have the dress fixed before grad. Won't use this site again and I highly recommend no one else does either. I doubt I'll get any help from customer service as none of the links work properly but a expensive lesson learned. Don't throw your money away here.

My mom ordered a dress from this site for my grad 8 leaving dance. Not only did it take 3 weeks to get to my house the costumer service was terrible. They didn't email a tracking or confirmation code at all and when we emailed them they answered with "should be shipped soon" and that was a week after it was ordered. When she re emailed them they didn't answer. After already paying $190 my mom had to pay an extra 30$ for duties. I got the dress 5 days after the given date and it looks like it was made by a kindergartener in art class. There is pulls. The beads and "jewels" are falling off and I only touched the dress. The material is also ugly. If inwent to my dance weraing people would think it costed no more than $50 but after taxes and shipping and duties in costed over $200. I wish we would have read the reviews before reading. Its a waste of money and hopefully my mom can get hers back. The only thing i like about the dress is the color.

Trash doesn't even come close to describing this excuse of a "company", it's actually a scam more than anything. Not willing to fix error on their part, offer little to no compensation, and have terrible customer service. It's actually disgusting. I hope the company is forced to liquidate itself. Run while you still can if you're reading this.

SCAM ALERT???????????? Not impressed, I ordered a dress, I paid extra to guarantee that it would be delivered by May 10. Its still not here. Every time I try to get into my account it goes to "This page cannot be displayed". I am thinking its a total scam, heading to Facebook and maybe a legal call as well,
I also never received my confirmation receipt by email. I can't even get a phone number to call.

Beställde min balklänning hos missydress. Leveransmässigt stämde det bra, Tog ungefär en månad att få hem min klänning. Jag valde storlek från EU storlekarna, och mätte utifrån beskrivningen. Supernöjd!!

Stay away from this shop. I ordered a dress costumesised, and IT did not fit.
I wrote to the costumeservice, and the told me that since It was costumesised I could not return it, and if I has taken the right messures, it should fit! I know my messures was right!! They told me to fix it localy if posible. (Witch costs lots of money). When I told them I did'nt think it was OK they din'nt answer me anymore. After a fue day it came a bill for even more money for taxes and toll. In their site it looks like it is a norwegian site ( I am ordering from norway), and there is no info about taxes and toll will be added. Not a serious site!!!!!

I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses total of £256 which I found later was a joke £66 for shipping wrong colour on the site when you typed blue showed a Royal blue dress but when you order get a green/blue dress immediately contacted basically told tough luck even though not colour on the site rude and in helpful would never use them again TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUEs what made it worse was I offered to meet half way could not give a dam .......so used queenie site beautiful immaculate dresses and dresses including £10 for shipping all three £229 oh and Included £3 for all three to have a dress bag stunning

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! WONT ANSWER AS I TRY TO CANCEL MY ORDER!! They are doing this because the longer time period between you place the order and they respond to canceled your order the more of your money they "Keep" due to "Policy"

Dress is wrong, has an extra layer of netting it shouldn't have, badly cut and not hemmed, chest size too small, my daughter can hardly breathe in it. The actual dress is lovely apart from the stupid netting. Customer service is a joke, rude, blaming me (for adding netting? go figure) refuses to take any responsibility, clearly not in Canada, cost way more than it should have with import etc as it came from Singapore. DO NOT USE THEM

So I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding that is coming up in September for my brother in laws wedding. I ordered it on August the 15th, after spending almost about $400 on these two dresses I was concerned about quality and time frame. After ordering they put in there that I would receive these dresses August 29th , I thought ok maybe since they're out of Canada , that probably could happen. But still skeptical so I read the shipping again , it states that it can take about 20 days to make then they ship out after that date then they ship accordingly to what you paid for I took the standard as it was $40 for a 3-8 day delivery . So as I calculate it's not going to get here on time! So I did the chat thing and they said that it will get to me September 2nd, I asked how I can pay more for the shipping to get it expedited as I need it before September 9th, and I didn't want to risk it got here late and I needed to make sure this dress fit me, and my daughter . After numerous communications through that chat I got no where they just said that its tailoring , finally I logged into my account and found it dispatched meaning that it's shipped on August 30, so that would mean I would get it September 7,8th, I again logged into my account but could not st this point as it wouldn't let me! Now I was very angry! I used that chat thinking ok this is the final straw, I got on there telling that this is a hoax I can't believe we used this company I can't log into my account , they haven't emailed me a tracking number or anything!! The person chatting finally found my tracking number and what site the delivery company was it was dhl, she also said the dresses were shipped together and is on its way, so while I was still chatting with her I asked why I haven't been able to log into my account , in the meantime I was searching my package on dhl and thank goodness there I finally found an answer that yes it has arrived in my area . After I went back to see her reply on that there was none.
So getting anxious I calked dhl to see if I can pick it up as I was getting very excited to see what I got after spending all this money , and funny thing was the delivery guy got to my door September 2nd!! Pretty much about an hour after I got a little frustrated asking where and when these dresses were coming . So I opened the package it came in heavier plastic , I'm thinking omg there's two dresses in there? As I opened it up there were two dresses in separate plastic packaging, one was my daughters , they had flipped it inside out I think to protect it , my heart was pounding!! The dress was very nice!! It was very cute they even put little straps on there as it was a strapless cocktail dress that was an empire waist and fluffed out on the bottom, it looked pretty, it was customs sized to her as well , as I opened up mine it didn't look too bad , they custom made it to my size but my thighs area did fit as it was a little snug and I did ask for 3/4 sleeve rather than a short but I got a long sleeve and that didn't fit right, so now panic attack cause I spent lots of money on this dress, so now I had to find a seamstress to see if they can fix it for me , yes they were able to bring it out a little and thank goodness they left room enough for them to take out a little for my arms , but it's gonna cost me $100 , so in actual reality I spent more for this dress and the quality of it was really not worth the amount you would pay at a bridal shop, maybe a little less but for the hassle of tailoring and shipping I probably wouldn't do it again , I would shop at the Canadian bridal shops. The only thing good was that it was able to get fixed and my daughters dress turned out perfect , maybe for younger girls the dresses are perfect .
So some good some bad , now I can relax knowing these dresses did come on the date they said and now to wait for my seamstress to fix my dress fingers crossed it'll look better

I ordered a wedding dress from this company and measured based on the product description prior to ordering, when they confirmed the order they quoted totally different (smaller) measurements. After days of emailing them with no reply they eventually got back to me and accused me of wanting to change the size, they then confirmed they would, but didn't and shipped the original dress size with wrong measurements! (I have copies of every email) Now they refuse to accept responsibility unless I send them photos of me proving my measurements! Disgusting service, wedding dress shopping totally ruined and I have had to now pay someone to alter my dress. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

You piece off crap ripping a very good friend of mine off I will crap on you from a great height and you will not know what has hit yourselves

After reading other reviews was afraid the prom dress I'd ordered for my daughter would be a disaster. It arrived two days before promised (they said they would put it on priority as I didn't read until after ordering that it would take 15-23 days, ...it arrived in 13.). The dress is absolutely gorgeous, just as pictured and fit perfectly. Online customer service was so right when they said "not to worry" Only surprise was that yes, dresses do ship from China so I paid an extra $30 on duties...not made clear on website. Otherwise would be 5 stars. Very satisfied.

We have just bought a dress for my granddaughter’s prom, it is in a terrible state, the applique is broken in places, the netting is melted in place, in place the applique is not attached, and the edges there are clumps of loose black threads trapped beneath the white netting. the sleeves are unfinished paid almost £100 for this dress and it is unwearable, the company have said I said we should expect this with handcrafting whatever that means!! they have not offered one word of apology have made it very clear they will not help resolve the issues, will not accept the return of the dress as it was made to measure and they cannot resell it, and will not offer any kind of refund, I will add we have not asked for any of that what we asked for was help so that the dress could be worn - they are not interested in helping - once they have our money that is it for them. do not buy from them I only wish we had seen their reviews before we purchased.

I was scammed....and I SHOULD know better! The dress arrived but the craftmanship was horrible and now, it seems so is the customer service. I spent over $200 with shipping and duty to Canada and now my daughter is still without a dress. So disgusted with myself for not researching further and with this awful CHINESE (NOT CANADIAN - because this wouldn't happen in Canada!) company!

Not only is this company NOT Canadian like they claim, they are the absolute worst!
We (my sister and I) ordered two dresses to save on shipping and duties from this site. We read the negative reviews but decided we would try it anyways because it was cheap.
The dresses arrived much later than promised, they don't fit like it stated on the website, the gems look so cheap and are falling off, and one of the dresses wasn't even finished!! When I brought this up to the company all they had to say was "it's not a problem - bring it to a tailor and they will fix it". I tried to reason with them and explain how it was terrible that they sent a dress unfinished but all they could say on top of getting a tailor to fix it was "we had a shipping deadline to meet".
Not only did we pay for dresses, we paid for duty, shipping and delivery. Now I need to pay for tailoring for the dress as well and the event (Father-Daughter Ball) is in 4 days.
I was beyond annoyed. I will NEVER order from this site again ever. And I do NOT recommend anyone to order here.

The dress is beautiful and the shipping was fast.. The site I ordered from was MissyDress.ca (cheap prom dresses in Canada, the site says)
The dresses are shipped from China, so I had to pay taxes, duty, and delivery costs.. I wanted to order from Canada so I didn't have to pay these fees. So this site is actually a scam stating that they are Canada with they are actually in China..
