Missydress 

Bought a dress on this site for my saucers formal. Came looking nothing like the picture at all was so bad I wouldn't even put it in my dog. I paid £160 for this dress. The dress also did not fit more than likely if was 2 sizes too big. Never again they wouldn't let me return the dress nor would they even consider a refund. Never buy from this site its a joke how bad it actually is.

Kleid sieht nicht aus,wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben. Der Stoff weist Fehler auf, mangelnde Qualität. Ein Widerruf ist nicht möglich, der Kundenservice antwortet erst gar nicht.
Dieser Onlineshop ist ganz miserabel- Finger davon lassen.

Ich bestellte mein Kleid am 28.04.2018 es kam am 14.05.2018 an. Ich bestellte es ganz normal ohne Express.
Die Maße habe ich dort angegeben und es ist PREFEKT geschneidert.!
Die Farbe und der Stoff sind super,genauso wie ich es haben wollte. Ich bin zu 100% zufrieden und kann es nur weiter empfehlen. 5 STERNE

Terrible terrible terrible! Their one return policy is wrong colour!!! Well i ordered champagne and it came whiter than white and would not return it or lend a hand in any way!!! I am so disappointed also even if you send measurement send bigger ones cause the make them sooooo tiny you can barely walk. Don’t even bother!! Missy dresses, glam gown they all a rip off, rude company!!! Please save yourself the time!! The take forever to respond

Ho acquistato 2 abiti per damigelle bimbe, con la stesse misure uno è perfetto, l'altro più piccolo di 3 taglie, ho provato a contattarli in tutti i modi per risolvere il problema, ho scritto mail, ho chiesto via chat, ma nulla, ho speso un capitale per comprare i vestiti, le spese di spedizione, ho pagato €30 di dogana e ora mi toccherà pure pagare la sarta!!! Che schifo!

I ordered a dress in a light pink color, but ended up getting it in salmon pink, plus the size of the dress I too big and doesn’t look like at all the one on the picture.

Missydress. Absolutely terrible online store. They sent me a size 6 times smaller from what I ordered and refuse to exchange to the correct size. Their customer service staf "Sandra" says I must have it adjusted at my own cost. The CHEEK!! STAY FAR AWAY.

KÖP INTE FRÅN MISSYDRESS! Oseriöst bolag!

Köpte en klänning för ca en månad sedan och fick den levererad två veckor i efterhand. Det visade sig vara väldigt dålig kvalité på klänningen, stank illa, och såg inte alls ut som på bild. När jag kontaktar bolaget för att returnera mitt köp så nekar de mig en retur fastän jag skickat bild och förklarat problemet. De anser istället att jag ska lämna in den på kemtvätt och låta en skräddare sy om den så den passar. Finns dessutom inget telefonnummer på deras hemsida, och går endast att nå dem via deras mejladress.

Tycker inte att fler ska behöva drabbas då det är ett väldigt oseriöst bolag. Rekommenderar starkt att inte köpa av dem!

I can not stress enough you should not order from missydress.ie. I placed an order for my debs dress and before I received the item I was not allowed to take it unless I paid a €50 customs charge which I was not informed about. Not only that when I actually received my dress it turned out it was a completely different dress altogether, different fabric, colour and size. I immediately contacted them and after days of forwarding emails they ended up refusing to take responsibility and will not return my dress and give me my money back. Keeping in mind my debs is a couple of weeks away. I'm currently tying to get my money back, but if you are thinking about ordering from missydress.ie, don't.

I had a lot of trouble during the delivery process as Missydress tends to misdeclare goods and was my dtess kept at customs for 1 month. The are impossible to get a hold of to sort put these problems. The day mu dress arrived all the drama and fighting was worth it as my dress looks gorgeous and exactly like the picture. The quality of the material and handwork is exquisite and am I very happy with my end product

WORST service ever!!

Well it looks like I've been a complete idiot ordering my Bridesmaid dresses from this god awful "company" The dresses are the wrong size, colour and stile they are so poorly made I could of done it my self!! One dress for a 12 year old my Fiancé could fit into it and he's 6ft tall!! I have emailed insisting that I get a refund and address to send them back too but they are saying I have got what I paid £150 for!!!! Trading Standards are now investigating. I am not giving up on this one. Absolutely vile excuse of a company. How they can treat people like this when they are trying to organise the best day of their life is beyond me.

This company is terrible. I ordered my daughters prom dress and received a cheap and ugly dress that looked nothing like what was advertised on their site. The skirt was not finished being sewn, there were wires sticking out of the seem. The top was a completely different top and poorly made. The fastens to do the top up, were sewn on backwards. On top of this I had to pay almost 30$ for custom fees when it was delivered. The site claims to be in Canada but it is clearly over seas.
Things got worse from this point. I have emailed them over 70 times to ask for a refund which I am entitled to under the rules stipulated on their own site. However, they refuse to give me a refund claiming it is the correct item. They are rude and they lie and they do not send you what you order. Please save your money and do not give it to this company, it will be a complete waste.

I was worried about ordering my wedding dress online, but I need not have worried. It fits perfect and the dress is gorgeous. Im glad I never looked at the reviews on here, it would have put me off. Very happy customer. Thanks Missy dress, will recommend.

Do not order from Missydress....
They boast excellent customer service and that customer satisfaction is their top priority, all lies. I ordered a wedding dress on May 14, 2017 and paid the extra money to have the order rushed. Even after being provided with the DHL tracking number, I watched the dress remain in "dispatch" mode for over a week. I contacted DHL who then assured me that the package was still with Missydress and had not even been shipped out yet. After a lengthy conversation with Anna from Missydress through chat, the only way you can get ahold of them, she told me it had been shipped and DHL was incorrect. Can you imagine that after that conversation, the dress was actually shipped to DHL and my dress began its journey. The website also states that the dresses are shipped in boxes. My wedding dress arrived folded a million different ways in this small bag. Can you imagine the horror at simply seeing the bag. It gets worse...
I opened the dress to find it completely wrinkled which is to be expected when packaged that way, the dress was not made in the right material, it was supposed to be chiffon, it definitely was not and the dress design was all messed up. A dress that was supposed to be long and flowing was all pinned into ruffles where there shouldn't have been any. The slit in the dress was poorly made and even the seamstress that I had to have fix it, wondered what the heck was done to it. "I guess that's what happens when you get 10 year olds to make your dress" she said. And she's probably correct. After contacting missydress of my total disappointment and numerous "chats" with everyone who works there, Anna, Sharon, Andrew and others...countless emails with these same people, I received this email: "Thanks for your pictures, but from the pictures I can not tell out big problems, so we suggest you keep the dress and forget about the subtle error of the dress, since all dresses are hand-made, it is inevitable that some tiny difference will be made during the process of tailoring, hope your understanding

Are you serious? Just forget about the errors. They then offered me a 5% refund which was actually the same thing they discounted off the dress as a special that I qualified for when I purchased it. So the money doesn't come out of their pocket in the least. Here is the next email I received: "Sorry, since it is international transaction, we invested time, labor, fabric into your dress and paid for high international delivery fee, so, we can not fully refund you, besides, if you send it back, we have to pay for the inevitable custom fee, all in all, we hope you can keep the dress and accept our compensation fee 5% dress price. Regards, Sharon"
I gave up. Do yourself a favour and do not order from this company. The money I saved in initial purchase price ended up costing me way more to have the dress tailored and steamed so that it could actually be worn on my wedding day! Absolutely disgusted.

Big scam. Materials stated are not what you get. Not from canada. Huge mistake. Worst customer service. Wish someone can shut them down. Calling the better business bureau on them.
