I ordered from MotoSport and paid extra for faster shipping. On their website, it said the order would ship within 6 to 9 days and then arrive 3 to 4 days after that. I waited the full 9 days only to find out they needed another 9 days before shipping. As a workshop owner, I can’t afford these kinds of delays because they make me lose credibility with my customers. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t order from them again.

I placed an order and paid partially with a gift card and the remaining on my CC, several days later I received an email saying that some of the parts are no longer available. Completely understandable, but instead of refunding the parts cost back to CC they said they couldn’t for some reason and put the balance on the gift card. This has no benefit except that it ensures them another sale… very shady if you ask me. If I wouldn’t have ordered the parts they said they could get but couldn’t the gift card would have been used and then little to no money on the CC. Then I had to buy the parts elsewhere, costing me more money out of pocket. They have lost me as a customer, once the remaining gift card balance is used up I will not return.

Just Amazing is being as real as I can be. The fit for your ride app. is really a time saver. You make a mistake and order the wrong accessory, the team is more than willing to help you out! Fast shipping is it's own well deserved 5 star review !

He went above and beyond to help me out, stayed patient the whole time, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. You don’t come across people like that often these days. I ordered a Hot Bodies Undertail for my 1999 Yamaha R1 on April 26,2025 I paid $142.38 for the undertail. Almost a week later I get an email saying Motosport canceled my order due to not being able to fulfilled order yet Motosport has ghe exact same undertail I purchased for for 142.38 listed for $215.95 this is absolutely absurd when on April 26th when I purchased it it wasn't listed at that cost. My guess is you changed the price after I purchased it and don't want to honor the sale. VERY POOR BUSINESS I will no longer do business with your company I've order a few sets of Pirelli Diablo Rosso 3 tires in the past year & half I will no longer be buying those either through your company.

decent prices on their website and has friendly customer service… Two star review for the fact that they put my $450 order of a two stroke pipe in a huge loose box and it came to me full of dents… How hard is it to wrap an expensive package properly?

I had a frustrating experience with MotoSport. I made a purchase for over $1500 in biking gear, as well as ordering a pair of bike gloves, but received the wrong color. While their customer service team responded quickly and offered a replacement or refund, the return policy was very disappointing. Not only was I asked to cover return shipping and purchase new packaging for their mistake with many rules on how the box needs to look, but the return label they sent had my wrong address on it, which I had already clarified multiple times.

I needed the gloves urgently for an upcoming trip, and I couldn’t afford to go through the hassle of waiting for another pair to be sent. I understand mistakes happen, but the way this was handled left me feeling like it wasn’t their priority to make it right. Given the size of my purchase, I expected better customer service. I would not recommend buying from them if you need something urgently or if you expect any flexibility when issues arise.

Terrible experience. No notice of any changes to stock or availability. I waited over 2 weeks after placing the order and no emails at all from them. I had to go hunting it down via a broken English chat on their website only to find out it is not going to ship. How long before I was notified while my motorcycle is unusable. I could have canceled the order and found it elsewhere. I suspect I would have never received any notice.
