What can i say about Nick Tart..... well for a start they did in 8 weeks what another local estate agent couldn't do in 40..... sold our house. I dealt with the Bridgnorth branch and I've got to say that they were fantastic from the start, professional, personal, polite, always available and nothing and i do mean nothing was too much trouble.
Always answered the phone and never lost that sense of being up beat, no mater how many times i called or how many stupid questions i asked.
My only regret is that we couldn't have brought a house with them as well as selling with them.
Big thanks in particular to Alan and Beverley, if your boss reads this then a pay rise wouldn't go a miss. We won't use another estate agent while you two are still there.

Nick Tart, dealt with our purchase.They were extremely helpful,courteous and professional, and went out of there way to assist us when issues arrived.This was really appreciated as we then lived in Devon. They came to our rescue after we collected our keys and had problem .

I was unsure whether to sell or remortgage my property. I booked a valuation via Nick Tart. I was extremely impressed by the communication and contact from both Bev and Alan. The valuation was prompt, professional and timely.
Although I have chosen not to sell. Nick Tart will be my first choice when I do.

Alan Norman is extremely professional, open and honest and we didn't feel pressurised with overzealous/unachievable sales talk. Alan was extremely knowledgeable, and we both felt at ease as all our questions were answered clearly and concise. Alan's valuable advice prepared us for the process ahead. The marketing happened within 48 hours, fantastic photographs and we were very soon busy with interested buyers.
Beverly Jones, our regular contact kept us up to date with feed back, a genuine people person, extremely good communication throughout, a very organized diary of appointments (all genuine possible buyers) Beverly is just a lovely lady that both sellers and buyers would be happy to converse with.
Our property sold extremely quickly, at a realistic price, the office Manager Debbie Owen kept in regular contact with our solicitors and purchaser this just couldn't of happened without the intervention of Nick Tarts wonderful, hard working, open and honest, approachable, knowledgeable, professional team which value the needs of the seller and buyer. Just a credit to the estate agency industry. We would highly recommend this forward thinking Estates Agency.

We received 5 star communication and service from both Alan and Bev at Nick Tart during our recent property search.

Matt picked up the baton of selling our house in late June. The Newport office, particularly Sue and Grace, kept us fully updated about viewings and giving us very timely feedback. By early July it was sold. Whilst the sale process had a few bumps along the way (nothing to do with Nick Tart) Sue and Grace kept it going forward culminating in a successful sale. We have been so impressed with the dedication and professionalism of the Nick Tart team and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks to them all.

If I had to find fault I’d say there was a long gap between sale and completion so an occasional call to us to say everything was going through ok would have helped.
