Have been a customer for quite some time and really enjoy the nutty products. The prices are fair for the quality of the products.

I am a long time customer of Nuts.com They have many hard-to-find ingredients I use for cooking and baking;especially in our rural area. They are always fresh and as advertised. Lately we have had a situation where we needed easy access to healthy snacks at home and Nuts.com was the obvious answer. One order got stuck in a loop at a shipper and Nuts.com graciously sent an immediate replacement overnight. I was stunned at how prompt their response was. With products and service of this quality it's easy to be a customer for life.

These folks are true snack aficionados! They ship promptly, deliver top quality product, and although pricey, I believe you get what you pay for! The consistency is great. The subscription can be a little confusing, but worth it for easy reorder! I am glad I found Nuts.com, and tell all my friends and family about them!

I wanted to place an order for a $50 gift certificate and some candy that totaled to $66.49. Their site states that any order over $59 ships for FREE. When I was completing the order online, I noticed that a $7.99 shipping fee was added. When I contacted the company regarding this error, I was told that the $50 gift certificate was not counted toward the free shipping amount... but nowhere on their site do they say that! This makes NO sense. They are receiving the same amount of money whether I purchase food or a gift certificate. I have dealt with many other companies who count EVERY purchase, no matter what, toward free shipping. Nuts.com has lost a repeat customer... they are rude and don't honor their own stated free shipping requirements.

Thank you for a chance to review. I ordered a boxed item sold as 18 lbs. - but 15 lbs. of product arrived. The low-IQ Den of customer service made me send a photo of the box with 15 lbs. on it. Then he said I must contact the 2nd party vendor to make it right! Hilarious - Nuts-Den ads show online 18 lbs. - but the customer has been getting 15 lbs. for years now apparently! Management must make it right for Nuts and low-IQ Den should have a letter put is his file!

Nuts.com offers high end quality products at affordable prices. Their nuts are large and mixed with the perfect amount of seasonings. Also, the espresso coffee beans are awesome!
Customer satisfaction is a priority. Their products are flavorful and fresh. My products arrive within their estimated delivery time of three days.

Everything used to be 1lb bags or 8oz bags, now everything seems to be 12oz bags and 6 oz bags - insane prices at these sizes

Good selection and variety. Old school Internet vibe.

Best of the best! Great variety of products, super affordable price points, and quick and easy shipping. Can't say enough about my choices--peanut brittle, old-fashioned dusted cherry drops, and large salted cashews. Amazing!!!
P.S. I ordered on Saturday. They promised delivery by Tuesday. I was stunned to find my order delivered early Monday!!! Incredible and so very pleased.

Top marks for this company's products and service. I have food intolerances and allergies and need to ensure what I eat is suitable. Nuts.com has consistently provided me with a good information, and great products. I don't know what I would do without them. They are the best!!!

I'm so grateful for this company. I got my Brazilian Nuts in one day. The best delivery service also was provided. Overall I would highly recommend using them.

Nuts are below average to average. Quality is just not there. These nuts are poorly processed and of inferior quality.

I'm in my tenth year doing business with Nuts.com. I am a loyal customer. I don't enjoy the same level of loyalty to any other company - product or service - with whom I do business. Nuts.com consistently exceeds my expectations with product quality, availability, delivery and customer service.

OPI have been a customer of Nuts.com for over ten years. I order perhaps five orders a year, usually under the amount needed for free shipping but it's still not horribly expensive for all that. I order a variety of items but dried fruit is a favorite and its always fresh and good quality, when I order cookies they are always fresh and you can literally smell the fragrance of deliciousness as soon as you open the bag!

Great selection from which to choose, easy ordering, fast confirmation with orders, wonderful 2-day delivery with DoorDash/doorlink, even though they are over 90 minutes away from my home. Have been ordering from Nuts.com for a couple of years, now and plan for future orders next year.

The freeze dried fruit is the best!!! And customer service responds quickly and finds resolutions when I have had pkgs missing. I have been ordering from here for years and will happily continue to.

I have always enjoyed the easy way I have been able to identify products to purchase for family and friends of various ages and various preferences. They travel well also whether going to the park or packing to fly. They are always fresh and having the many choices from which to select is great!
