Really disappointed with this company. Booked with them for a second occasion after a successful first experience two years ago. We are travelling to Florida with them in October and recently called to book additional tickets to a Mickey Halloween event.

To put it simply they overcharged us for the tickets.

Queried this and the customer service response from Sam was pompous and so very unhelpful. Basically they hid behind language that was so open to interpretation to rip me off. They sold the tickets at an inflated rate, made the T&Cs so unclear and when you call this out, you receive a patronising attitude. As an example Sam said she investigated my complaint and that “she was neutral” in deciding that the company had done no wrong. Really? You work for Ocean Florida and have decided that Ocean Florida had done no wrong. How very neutral of you!

My lessons gained is never to book with them again.

Good until there is a problem and then the customer service is so difficult.

As always it’s about the definition of ‘correct information’ When you make the information supplied so open to any interpretation, it’s not helpful at all.

For a company to trumpet one of your values as ‘do the right thing’ is outrageously hypocritical. You have repeatedly failed to do the right thing here. Hiding behind nonsense and then offering insulting, patronising responses….’oh we are neutral” is beyond astonishing.

Ocean Florida have no values and are wholly untrustworthy. Can I just suggest the following re-working of your mission….
1. Strive to be the slippiest and most deceitful
2. Ignore what’s fair if it hurts profits
3. Do whatever benefits us most

We booked a holiday this week for Florida in August 2027 with Ricky Cooper at Ocean Florida. Ricky was brilliant and everything we asked for he has met. We will look to add on as well later in the year to our booking and will do so with Ricky as his service has been top quality.

Well what can I say apart from what a absolute brilliant company Ocean Florida has been in booking our family holiday, from the first point of contact from a guy called Neil who listened to our needs and put together some packages for me to view, the level of service was top notch with prompt callbacks and had all the answers to all my questions, once the holiday was booked I had the a lady called Charlotte Kavanagh take over from Neil to deal with all the aftersale arrangements and the level of service was spot on, everything I wanted to do, this lady made it happen with excellent communication via phone and emails, if anyone is looking to go to Florida I recommend this Company, the whole family is buzzing about the trip and I must admit it's down to Ocean Florida that made this life time trip possible.

Based upon our experience we highly recommend Ocean Florida for a villa holiday in Orlando. After taking details of our requirements (people travelling, dates, possible areas to stay, etc.) their representative, Darren, called us back later in the day and provided us with details on multiple villas and different flight options which could save us money.
The real difference with Ocean Florida is that you choose the EXACT VILLA where you would like to spend your holiday.
When we called back the next day with queries Darren was especially helpful and nothing was too much trouble to get sorted. The whole package (specific villa, flights, car hire and Theme Park tickets along with some free options) was discussed in detail as we proceeded with the booking. Before we finished the call we had emails confirming our whole itinerary.
I cannot praise the service we received from Darren enough, and recommend you give Ocean Florida a ring for your villa holiday in Orlando.

Sinem was absolutely spectacular kind patient and very professional as I had to change dates for my holiday and Sinem was Amazing! On all counts very calm and understanding on all the aspects of my change of holiday dates put me at my ease thank you

I had a positive experience exploring Ocean Florida while researching holiday options. Their website was easy to navigate, with plenty of package options and useful information that made comparing trips simple.

What stood out most was the professional and responsive customer service. My questions were answered clearly, and the team came across as knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.

I also appreciated seeing that they are ABTA and ATOL protected, which adds confidence when booking a major holiday.

Overall, a smooth experience and a company I would consider when planning a Florida trip.

From first enquiring then booking nothing was an issue Jane was amazing . Advice on hotels, entry paperwork , tickets for parks etc was great, we were updated on everything , the booking portal is straight forward . Due to a knee injury ,this week Lindsey has been brilliant arranging airport assistance, and scooter to be delivered to our hotel with such efficiency 🤩

I felt compelled to write this review to highlight the exceptional service I have received from Ocean Florida. Over the past few weeks, I have been in contact with Lindsey Brumby and Katieann Tracey, both of whom have gone well above and beyond their roles to support me with our family holiday.
They have provided outstanding advice, reassurance, and practical support while helping me navigate several personal issues that arose during the booking process. Their response times have been first class, and every query, request, or need for additional information was dealt with promptly, professionally, and with genuine care.
I truly cannot thank Lindsey and Katieann enough for everything they have done — they have been absolutely amazing throughout. The wider Ocean Florida team are equally fantastic, and the level of customer service provided has been exceptional.
I wouldn’t use any other travel company and would highly recommend Ocean Florida to anyone planning a holiday.

Excellent customer service from Ocean Florida. I originally booked in Jan and was contacted when the free dining came out to be told that it can be added to my holiday for virtually no extra. I opted to go with a completely different option to include the moderate dining plan. No ammendment fees just the cost of the difference. They also honoured the freebies I was given originally, that was a nice touch.
Charlotte from Ocean was more than happy to find loads of new quotes for me. Got back to me super quick and sorted it all out. Now I really have got the holiday for our dreamscti look forward too at a really great price.

First time booker with Ocean Florida and couldn't be happier with the service. Truly knowledgeable and great suggestions in booking what is quite an overwhelming holiday to plan. Great advice, patient with my many queries and changes and I couldn't beat them on price.

One staff member in particular stood out — she was quick to respond and showed genuine sensitivity to our needs. She went out of her way to provide support and immediately understood what was required. The whole experience felt efficient, caring, and professional. Highly appreciated.

We can’t recommend Ocean Florida highly enough. We’ve yet to go on our trip, but the experience so far has been the best we’ve had with a travel operator. Tex had such great knowledge of Orlando and knew the perfect hotels to stay at for our party. Every time we’ve had a query, it has been answered extremely quickly. Lili, Tessa, Charlotte…all fab when we’ve had a question or needed something. Also, we couldn’t match the deal they offered through any other means. We wouldn’t book through anywhere else now for the destinations they cover.
