Tom was amazing kept checking on flights as they weren't released yet& prices kept me updated nothing was a problem to him at all .if you like personal touch easy booking give him a call

The service has been good, i used it for a few days and have been satisfied with almost everything. Prices for some properties seem higher than they are worth..

Have spoke to Tom. Over the last 2 days to assist in booking our holiday nothing was too much trouble. Knew loads information about Florida. Would highly recommend Tom amazing.

I have used Ocean Florida almost since they began and can never give enough positive feedback for this company from booking to helping with any issues once USA side, they have always come up trumps.
This time, we began a booking with 2 and then chose to add another adult which meant changes to flights, attraction tickets, accommodation and additional assistance requirements.
The staff I have been in contact with have been exceptionally brilliant (and patient!) and deserve a mention - so thank you SO much to Katieann (Tracey)and also Jo (Lymus) both of whom, I can't praise enough.
If you're looking to book a holiday, I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

My bucket list trip was to go to Universal and Disney World, Orlando. I'd never been to the US before, so I didn't have a clue where to start to book such a big holiday. I got in touch with Oceans Florida, and was quickly contacted by Ajay. He was very supportive, answering all of my questions and reassured me on any concerns I had. The price was much better than I expected and worked out cheaper than booking everything individually direct through each company, but with the added perks of transfers and it all being hassle free not having to book anything myself. This meant I could truly look forward and enjoy my dream holiday, without worrying how to get from the airport, the accomodation, or about tickets etc. Oceans Florida did everything and kept me up to date throughout with such a warm and friendly manner. I will certainly be using them again if they cover any destination I am thinking of going to next time.

Every time I have had dealings with ocean Florida it has been so easy. Every question I have has been answered fully and any niggle has been sorted. As a first time visitor to Florida they have been so refreshing to deal with and have made the process easy. Charlotte today worked around my lunch hour and was able to help me add on park tickets to my holiday. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything ran smoothly despite having travel requirements that weren’t straight forward. We didn’t need it but help was only a phone call away. Someone rang us the morning after we arrived to make sure everything was ok and we were happy with the accommodation. The villa was fabulous. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The children especially enjoyed the pool. Thank you Ocean Florida for a stress free fantastic week.

We had our holiday to Florida booked for 2 years, and we’re due to leave in 9 weeks. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to travel. Ocean Florida changed the date for us, even though we were so close to departure and we just have to pay the difference. Therefore, we have not lost the money we spent on the original booking. This was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Sinem Khadem could not have been any more helpful and swift in response. It is greatly appreciated, would definitely use ocean Florida again.

The whole experience from start to finish was seamless. We made several different changes to our plans prior to booking which meant multiple quotes and nothing was too much trouble. All information was available from the website in good time and it is great having everything in one place. Again it was no problem when we wanted to book an after hours event at magic kingdom and the tickets were obtained on the release date to ensure we did not miss out. This has been the second time using Ocean Florida and we will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic week in Florida, staying at a Disneyland resort. Everything was taken care of by Ocean Florida, with great customer service. Every question I had was easily answered with a quick email. Will definitely recommend them to others.

From the initial phone call to emails to booking everything went smoothly couldn’t be better Lawrence Lee was brilliant in answering any questions we had giving us numerous quotes we asked for for different hotels to work out the best package for our universal/disneyworld holiday. This will be our 2nd trip to Orlando Florida with Ocean Florida and I can honestly say they have been absolutely fantastic with my family and I. They have gone above and beyond to make sure we have the best holiday at the best prices. Lili Leitch has done her utmost best to move things around give us the holiday of our dreams .. she has been there to answer any questions we might have had and to organise every single detail. I would 100% recommend Ocean Florida to create the holiday you've always dreamed of ☆☆☆☆☆

Originally got a quote, followed up by a call. Most informative. Found Anthony to be very engaging. We werent overwhelmed with phone calls or emails. Anthony gave us several options for our holiday to Orlando. I found the process very easy. I would definitely recommend if you don’t want to try and arrange the full holiday yourself.

Great pre sales. No contact after sales. I’ve messaged them 4 times and no reply!
