In August 2020, I ordered a pair of golf shoes. Two right foot shoes arrived which made them useless. After many, many emails they promised to send me a left shoe. I'm still waiting. Has anyone been sent two left shoes to swap with?

I asked paypal to intervene but they said I hadn't raised a concern, which I had. They disagreed and then ignored me.

I didn't even receive my order! Nearly 3 months now! It's also impossible to get in touch with company. I've tried to demand my money back but without success. Never order anything from this company...total scam!

Really bad service. Ordered boots, took 4 months to arrive, they arrived the wrong size and looked nothing like the photo.
Won’t offer any help or support or even a refund.
Disgusting and feel totally ripped off.

Ordered a brown wrap around cardigan. It took ages to arrive but when it did, it was exactly as the video showed and my girlfriend has hardly been seen without it on since. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I had to chase them up for delivery.

DO NOT buy any crap from this so called company! Ordered boots. Took ages to arrive. Nothing like the photo advertisement. Crap quality and faulty. No refund absolutely disgusting and I feel totally ripped off!!!!!

I purchased golf shoes which arrived 3 months later and were the poorest quality item I’ve ever seen.
The quality was so bad I can’t believe that someone managed to keep a straight face whilst glueing them together!

Ordered a pair of riding boots - they did arrive, and were even the style I ordered, however they were black, when I'd ordered brown, and the wrong size so completely useless to me - not to mention extremely cheap quality - I have contacted them and been told I got what I ordered. I will take this up with PayPal, but given that they are not significantly different I don't actually expect to get anywhere - just goes to prove that you should never buy cheap goods that probably come from China or similar as it's just a big rip off. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible doesn't even begin to describe this company. Ordered a pair of winter boots and it said was coming from UK so was confident unfortunately received a fake horrible looking plastic boots and no proper response from the company. Pls pls dont waste your money on such frauds!!

Ordered a pair of country boots for a Christmas present. The boots arrived in a BAG and were of poor quality. There was no receipt or returns slip and I couldn’t get access to the website when I tried to view my order details. Complete scam.. gutted.

ODOYALSO company is a rip-off company got some golf shoes, not fit for purpose, no branding, just a poor copy of branded shoe, not waterproof as advertised , only got returns policy when American Express refused to refund, then unable to return in 7 days! Said it was uk company but is Chinese! Don’t use this company, Facebook should ban it!!

I placed an order for a pair of riding boots from Odoyalso on 12th October and paid via paypal. To date I still have not received this item despite chasing and have now had to lodge a claim with Paypal to try and get my money back. Update,Yesterday I received a pair of ankle boots - not the boots I ordered. Attempted to contact the company which promises to respond within 24 hours - not heard anything so I am progressing with the claim. So disappointed and sincerely wish I had seen all these reviews before placing my order. Sorry but there is no way I can recommend this company - I will give no stars in all honesty.

AVOID! Fake company, no product received after 2 months. Fake fake fake! Will have to now raise a fraud claim with my bank.

Wife’s order still outstanding, keep on using Covid as an excuse. Order placed on October 15th & still in transit !
When questioned why, it’s the same answer every time.
You do realise we’re currently in the middle of Covid & your order’s coming from China.
Based on me having placed an order on November 18th with an estimated Delivery Day of Nov 21st I got home earlier & there’s a parcel waiting for me on the door step. Although when I placed the order it stated a UK seller the item was sourced from China ! How strange ???
Save yourself the hassle, don’t place orders with this company

i bought a pair of golf shoes they arrived 8 weeks later when I tried them on it was like wearing a pair of paper bags worst i have ever seen why is this company allowed to sell rubbish like this when I contacted them they offered me £2 compensation i wanted a full refund they said it would cost more to return them please please do not buy from this company one star is to good more like _10

Ordered a pair of boots thinking UK company. Didnt arrive, chased every week, they said be patient (!) they were being shipped... got PayPal involved but still no joy. Two months on boots still not arrived. They now say Covid is holding things up!!!

Pile of rubbish - do not touch with someone else’s barge pole. Rip off merchants. I never received my order totalling £45. They reply to emails then say that they’re not working and will reply on Monday - never do. Complete scam. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely poor quality goods when they finally arrive. Customer service equally poor. When asking for refund or exchange as stated on their website, the reply is ‘ the correct order was shipped, you are not entitled to refund’
In the UK this breaks ‘the consumer rights act 2015’
If you use PayPal and try to claim, the company that the payment goes to is called Danceage, which is registered to HongKong, you are given the chance to return to an address in China at an extreme cost, more than the product it self. And who is to say that they might actually receive it.

Please keep away from this company, I ordered 'Clarks Sandals' and they arrives from China and the quality was appalling. I contacted them and asked for a refund in accordance with their refund policy they offered me 5$, the cost of the sandals were £19.99 plus £3.99 postage. Do not order from this company they are a total scam.

I was scammed like so many others... Rubbish arrived with no system for returns or refunds. Buyers beware!

Stay well away !! Ordered boots and some cheap rubbish arrived that looked nothing like what they are advertising. They refused to refund and it would cost nearly double the amount to send the boots backs !
Boots are a cheep plastic that are not fit for purpose.
Fraudulent company selling items that most definitely are not what the picture shows.
I have pictures but unsure how to add them
