terrible company bad quality with them saying in an email that they’re supposed to be like that. the heel is full of air and you cannot walk on them please don’t buy from this company

Photos they advertise with were Clarke’s shoes , after a long time , they arrived , well what was in the parcel was unrecognisable, unwearable and plastic , after opening a dispute with pay pal they will give a refund if returned to China , it costs more to return than I paid , £40 , and they don’t give a recognised address to return too, DO NOT LINE THESE PEOPLES POCKETS , they are scammers , wish like everyone else on here that I read the reviews before ordering , LESSON LEARNED

Absolute sham of a company, they have no problems with conning people.
Stay away from this company, you only pay for what you get, clearly too good to be true..

STAY AWAY ... I too ordered the black wool cardigan. Product arrived over two months later and is nothing like what I ordered. It is a weird shape, no care labelling, unsure of what is made of.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering this item. Very dissapointed with fit and quality. They assured me that it was free returns when I asked if true to size they recommended I ordered 14 and 16 thank goodness I did not. Still awaiting an address to return item, but after reading these reviews I don't think I will get my refund. This is scandalous I wish there was a way to stop these scammers

Oh my days I so wished I had read these reviews first.....like so many of you I have been so dissatisfied with the quality of the wool cardigans! I originally filed a dispute with PayPal as I hadn’t received them and when they finally came were horrendous! Unfortunately the dispute with PayPal was items not arrived of which they did and subsequently was denied a refund so claim now closed! So they’ve got away with it yet again. please anyone reading this review DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bet they’re laughing all the way to the bank!!

I agree with the views of trust pilot reviews regarding this scam company and would give them 0 stars. I also ordered the black sheep cardigan that is such poor quality and looks NOTHING like the advertisement. DO NOT USE THIS CHINESE COMPANY. I have gone through PayPal dispute to get my money back and has cost me £18 to return this item to China with a tracking number, which I have done on principle!! This company portrays its self as a European/British company and should be stopped from trading!!

Again, I wished I’d read the reviews here before I ordered. The ‘black sheep wool’ cardigan arrived nearly 2 months after I’d ordered and paid for the item and funnily soon after I’d opened a dispute for my money back via PayPal. The item has no care instructions (which I believe is a legal requirement in the UK?), certainly not as described and not worth £29.99. I would have normally returned it but my guess was that the company would not be helpful and I couldn’t be bothered with continued communication with them. It will hang in my wardrobe for a few months then probably end up as a dog blanket as it is quite soft! Lesson learnt 😐

I ordered a brown "natural sheep wool cardigan " as the previous reviewer. The item received is nothing like the cardigan described on their website. Delivery took 7 weeks. I already had a bad feeling about it. The cardigan I received is very poor quality material, definitely not natural black sheep wool, short & wide with a really strange tiny hood, nothing like the lovely garment pictured on their website. I contacted customer service & was given a prompt reply that I could not return the item. Definitely a scam, waste of €40 but at least I will be very wary of ordering anything that pops up on my Facebook account in future. I'm sure there's lots of genuine online stores but this one is definitely a scam.

I ordered a brown wool cardigan which eventually arrived after 6 weeks. The pictures show a hooded item with long sleeves with thumb-holes, and hip-length. Nope - not hip-length and sleeves almost (but not quite) wrist length. The fabric, rather than 'luxurious authentic black wool, undyed and untreated' feels like old-style rabbit felt, and is itchy. Like everyone else reviewing Odoyalso, refunds are refused. The Consumer Act which I quoted holds no water with Odoyalso, safe from their dissatisfied customers thousands of miles away. I'm very annoyed with myself for falling for this, especially having read and believed the reviews on their own darn website rather than checking out Trustpilot first.

Ordered a pair of golf shoes from this company, they took two and a half months to arrive. I had seen them on Facebook they looked very good advertised as waterproof 😂 I wouldn't like to take a chance wearing them in any wet weather let alone on wet grass. If I saw these in a market I wouldn't pay a tenner for them . I paid £29.00
What a rip off, I had just bought a pair of shoes for my wife, again after seeing them on Facebook, this company was under a different name of Lemonlight, but it was easy to tell it was the same scammers bye the way it was packaged. My wife's shoes didn't fit they were a full size too small, tried an email, but a total waist of time. The best thing to do is if you see any of this crap on Facebook it's very likely it's coming from China. P.S I would like Facebook to stop letting their platform to used to peddle this rubbish. They send crap to you from China without mentioning this when you purchase. Then expect you to spend £20 on return tracked postage. At which point you do not believe they will return your money as you have already waited 6+ weeks for said crap, so you don't bother.

Complete scam. I ordered a black wool cardigan following a Facebook ad - last time I make that mistake! They provided a fake tracking number to PayPal so I didn’t get my money back, either. Avoid at all costs.

They say you live and learn - wish I’d read these reviews first - I would have learnt not to order from this company. I ordered some sandals that looked like Clarks sandals. When they arrived they were horrible, shiny, cheap material and the soles were so solid it’s almost impossible to walk in them.
Contacted the company and they told me they’d sent the correct item and why couldn’t I give them to another family member if I didn’t like them!! When I complained again they said they sent the correct item so ‘it is not allowed to return or refund’.

I really wished I had read the reviews for this company before I placed an order with them. I ordered a pair of sandals which looked like the ones I have from Clarks shoes shop. My mistake they are nothing like therm. I have a size 5 from Clarkes, so I ordered a size 5 from this company, when they came they were not a standard UK5 they were more like a size 4. So I emailed them to say that their sizes were too small and not standard UK sizes, this was their reply: (But we shipped according to your order.
So it won't be supported to return or exchange).
This is an disgrace, where else would you buy a pair of shoes and not be allowed to return them if they don't fit. I am now £23.98 out of pocket. Therefore, my advise to everyone is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Agree with all other reviews - recommend to NOT use this company. Shocking quality product and they wont accept returns/refunds, even though UK law allows returns and refunds if you don't like the product or doesn't fit.
To be fair to them, then are responsive and reply to you when you submit a query via email to them, but it's always not what you wanted to hear.

Shocking quality boot certainly not as advertised. When I contacted the ' customer service ' they were nothing but rude! The refund is 30days from purchase and the item took well over 30 days to arrive! Please dont waste your money!! Its a con!!

One star isn't low enough.
Ordered some lovely looking boots and within an hour had seen other reviews saying the items were poor quality and didnt resemble the item. I immediately emailed and asked for a refund. As I had seen on the order email that I would receive and email as soon as the item was dispatched I was hopeful to catch the order before it went out.
I got a reply saying they couldn't cancel the order as it was already dispatched, an hour after ordering in China apparently....??!!
I said I didn't think this was the case as I hadn't received a dispatch confirmation. They continued to reply saying it was dispatched and to wait until I received it. 5 days later I got the dispatch email and tracked the item to show it hadn't been displatched when they claimed. I emailed them again and told them this and they continued to deny any wrong doing.
As expected the item arrived and was inferior quality, looked little like the picture of the item I ordered and fitted terribly. Not wearable at all.
I again emailed for a refund and the company are arguing with me saying because the item is the one I ordered I am not entitled to a refund. I pointed out this is not the only reason for refunds and I was entitled to one. They are continuing to argue.
Please avoid the hassle and disappointment and avoid this company like the plague.

This company launched a campaign across Facebook in the Summer, promoting a rip-off of someone else’s product - a black wool cardigan, made from natural black sheep’s wool. I fell for it and, like others, found tracking info very sketchy (e.g.wrong tracking numbers given, for parcels successfully delivered to other people weeks earlier!). M item did arrive, unexpectedly, around 2 months after ordering. Well, it’s a wool cardigan but it’s not black and is made of old ‘blanket’ type wool. Sub-standard crap from China. Washed it and it held so much water it almost broke the washing machine. Sizing is also predictably way off. Some research into the authors of the very positive comments on the Facebook advert/post proved this company either creates or pays people to create, fake Facebook accounts to say “Just received mine! So soft, I love it, it’s gorgeous. Shipping was really quick” etc to reassure potential buyers. A quick look at the profiles of the authors of those comments showed they typically have slightly odd names that don’t fit their photo, fewer than 40 Friends and no background info or posts. Fake accounts. (e.g.photo of young girl named Enid Mattison, 40 Friends, lives in London U.K., from Geneva, Switzerland - just all slightly ‘off’). Overall, this is just another Chinese wholesaler passing off sub-standard tat at high prices. AVOID!!!!

Absolute scam. You won't receive anything that looks like what you ordered and to get a refund you have to return it, which would cost nearly as much as the original product!
