The cardigan does feel like nice wool, however it barely covers my waist, the model must be about 4ft tall. I immediately asked for a return and the company refused. Fortunately I bought through Paypal so I have submitted a dispute request. I will NEVER buy from a Facebook advertisement again.

No way like the picture! Oh how I wish I had read these reviews before I bought my Black Sheep Wool Wrap Sweater. The delivery was 15 days, so not so bad given what I've read, but I'm only 5ft2, and the bottom of the wrap only just about reaches the top of my jeans, so nothing like the description or the photos. The hood is laughable, if I put that on (as she does in the picture) then the whole wrap rides half way up my back! For some reason I wasn't able to pay via paypal? so I had to pay on my credit card - but Oh how I wished I had stopped when I got a call from my credit card company as they thought it was a fraudulent transaction. If only they had told me that they had had complaints, then I wouldn't have proceeded. As it is, the amount is under their guarantee, so I don't think that I can get a refund. So will ONLY wear the laughable excuse for a wrap at home will lick my wounds and to be honest it will probably be an awful long time before I buy anything from a Facebook add again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I did not buy anything from this company, but they are claiming I did. Someone has hacked into my pay pal account and bought goods. I only saw an advertisement while playing a game on my tablet, but somehow they have found my details associated with the game. Beware. Keep changing your password.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. Orders the non slip golf shoes waited 3 months. They have arrived with no grip on sole and cheap and nasty. They need reporting for misleading advertising.

I would not even give one star. Can I give minus 5? I ordered a beautiful looking thigh length wool-wrap around cardigan.... After 6 weeks it finally arrived and I am so disappointed. It is nothing like the pictures. It was shipped from China and has no paperwork with it and no labels in the garment. It is obvious that someone in China has fraudulently advertised using copied pictures and then attempted to reverse engineer the product. The product is shoddy, mis-shappen, button in the wrong place, the length only comes to my waist, not down to my thighs and I am only 5ft 2” and ordered a medium! The sleeves are too long and baggy and the hood is a funny little thing with a weird kind of pixie point! I will try to get my money back but I don’t hold out much hope. What I will say for this company is that they are very skilled at marketing and producing a convincing advert. Sadly it means that I will not trust any Facebook ads after this shameful deception.

As per other reviews, really disappointed with the product, I ordered a soft black sheep wrap sweater. It took 6 weeks to arrive and is cheap and nasty.. There are no labels in it advising, what it is made of, how to care for or it where it was made. It is obvious from the packaging that it has come from China. I too wish I had the reviews before ordering. I won't be buying anything from this site again.

The 'wool' cardigan is cheap synthetic material. it is nothing like the advert. They will not allow returns. It is a scam.

Ordered sandals which took 5 weeks to arrive. Really poor quality; nothing like the picture on Facebook. Feels a fraudulent deal to me. Don’t order from this site. Facebook needs to step up to the mark here.

Was expecting Clarks flip flops, they are not Clarks just a very cheap, poor quality and not well made rubbish copy of flip flops. Not what I was expecting nor what I ordered. False advertising again, dont know how this is company is getting away with it

As mentioned in earlier reviews - if only I'd checked the reviews before ordering! The cardigan took 7 weeks to arrive, is very short with a tiny hood that simply doesn't fit. I ordered size XL thinking this would be nice and loose as I'm 12/14. It's way too tight, at most a size 10. It has no care/washing instructions. A waste of money, I'll never wear it. I'll also never order from Facebook pop up ads again.

It took 6 weeks for the cardigan to arrive, and when it did, it was much shorter than I expected - I was thinking of something that I could wear instead of a jacket outside, but this wouldn’t do. The model must either be wearing a size 22, or is less than 5 foot tall! On the plus side, I think it is wool (it’s not labelled), as it’s very warm. The wrap over button isn’t in the right place, although the sleeves are long enough and have a “thumb hole”. The hood doesn’t fit, but it makes a nice collar. I will wear the cardigan as a waterfall style, and because it’s warm, but I wouldn’t recommend this company. They’ve misrepresented the product big time.

Daylight Robbery! False advertising - product (cardigan) bears no resemblance to the advert and is totally misshapen with a tiny hood and misaligned button/hole. It’s not worth returning as it wouldn’t fit anyone! The reviews were good but obviously false. I wish I’d looked on here....Live and learn!

'Brown sheeps wool long cardigan? I don't think so. Cheap artificial fibres, very short, tiny hood and a wrap / button / buttonhole affair that doesn't work. Useless. Feel so cheated as I was really looking forward to having this as my 'go to' winter wardrobe item. Total waste. DO NOT BUY. This is a scam. And the website is no longer working.

Ordered the cardigan and it has arrived today-3 months later. It is the oddest item of clothing I have ever seen, nothing at all like the picture or description and I’m unable to send back as it’s been more than 30 days since ordering. Very angry as am unable to even contact the company themselves.

Sheep skin cardigan is awful do not waste your money. It took forever to arrive after saying its been delivered when it hadn't had to chase them alot. Then when it finally arrived it looks nothing like the pictures it seems to be a very odd shape no flow to it at all and very very short with small hood. Just all round another lesson of why to not buy items off social medial. Lesson finally learnt.

Bought through a Facebook ad, it claimed to be a London based company but actually from China. Took 7 weeks for the item to arrived and was a cheap brown not fit for use (wrapover style but hole and button didn’t work together) cardigan, not the beautiful wool one that was described or pictured. The pictures and description were taken from another site. I started a case with PayPal and am returning it for a refund but I have to cover the cost of shipping back to China. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Update: it was going to cost nearly £20 to return so I contacted PayPal and they had me sign an affidavit that it was worthless and they refunded me immediately

How I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing the black sheep sweater! Like others have reported, it is short and there are problems with the hood - nothing like the pictures in the adverts. I am a size 8 and only 5'2" and although they sent me a medium size, it does not fit. They will not refund despite having been sent pictures as they say they sent the size I requested - they do not appear concerned about the poor shaping and fit of the hood. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wouldn't even rate these at all. Ordered my goods and they have not arrived 6 weeks later despite reassurances. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

should be 0 stars. This is a scam. item delivered not as in picture and they will not let you return. They say their policy is not to allow a return unless they have sent the wrong size. You cannot tell what size it is because it has no label. AWFUL

I ordered the black sheep sweater and it took over a month. When it finally arrived after having to contact them on numerous occasions I was shocked by what had been delivered to me. Totally sub standard, it was nothing like what was advertised. Very very short and it had the weirdest looking hood I've ever seen. I returned it to the return address on the label and I'm now trying to get a refund but think this will be a fruitless process. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
