I wish I’d looked up this company and read reviews before I ordered my “Clarks sandals”. I paid £3.99 for express delivery - 3 weeks later the sandals arrived - delivered by Hermes but had China post on parcel. I knew by the weight that these sandals were no way Clarks. When I opened the parcel they were horrendously fake! I emailed the company asking for refund as these were falsely advertised, but had a reply telling me that they do not refund if not faulty. Total waste of money. Lesson leaned - never place order with unknown company before checking reviews!

6 weeks later and I still did not receive my product (a brown wool cardigan) It appears that the wrong tracking number was sent to me for someone elses parcel. I doubt I am ever going to receive it now. I sent email to odoyalso to see what the correct number is but it looks from the responses here that I am not missing much.

Black sheep wrap absolutely awful! No button holes where button holes should be! Hanging threads all over the place! Actual holes in the product! A very badly finished article! I have complained and have been offered $3 compensation! Absolute joke of a company. I will never use them again, they are now ignoring my requests for their returns policy. Needless to say they haven't been forthcoming with the compensation either! Couldn't do much with $3 could I?
Do yourself a favour DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS DIABOLICAL COMPANY

Absolutely awful company.. Ordered boots £45 looked decent hardy winter boots. The heels were spongy and collapsed to the floor, the glue from sole to boot had come apart leaving gapping hole. They were extremely rude by email telling me it's what I ordered and no refund or alternative offered. They advised me to give to someone that would appreciate them. How disgusting!!!

bought boots which dont fit and look dreadful when they eventually arrived. trying to get a refund through paypal at the moment as the company are refusing a refund as it doesn fit their refund policy ! scammers, con artists. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!

Much the same review as others. Arrived (eventually) on a slow boat from China. Quality is actually not bad but size is not good. Ordered size 16 but hood and wrap over are useless however sleeves are good. OK if I wear it loose though although not as long as advertised.

PLEASE DONT WASTE MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. THEIR 'SUPPORT' IS A JOKE POSSIBLY EVEN REPLY BOT THAT JUST KEEPS APOLOGISING FOR THIS CASE THEN ASKING FOR PHOTOS THEN SAYING NO RETURNS AS IT IS AS ORDERED.

The sleeves are the only useful bit of this garment - shame as the wool is quite nice feel.
Wont fasten as button is halfway down side seam and buttonhole is on top lapel edge.
Hoodie is half size so if you put hood up you throttle yourself.
I wish I could add a photo of myself in this as I look so ridiculous......

Warm Soft Black Sheep Wrap Sweater

I have finally received my order this week, and I am so disappointed... After waiting for around 1.5 months for this delivery to get here - it bears no resemblance of what I ordered. There is a button hole on the lapel, that doesn't seem to belong anywhere and a button near the bottom of the garment that doesn't seem to have a button hole. The hood bears no resemblance of the modelled one - in fact - it is very pointed - and this does not show on the model. In addition, the length of the garment that has been delivered, again is nothing like the one modelled.

Since writing my review a short time ago here on Trustpilot and on their Facebook page I have noticed that the star rating has gone up and I have been blocked on their Facebook page. I believe that Odoyalso are writing their own reviews here on Trustpilot (as excellent!) to fool more people. I think they write their own comments on Facebook too, to fool people into thinking they are a respectable and ligit company. Avoid please.

I also purchased a Black Sheep Cardigan.....like the previous reviews it took weeks to arrive and on unpacking it was substandard, unwearable and a total waste of money. The thumb holes were different sizes and if used pulled the cardigan out of shape. A button sewn on the side that fixed to nothing. The hood was far too small for the garment. The length was not as shown in the photos on the website. The finish of the front edge where it joined to the hood was a totally different finish to the marketing photos ......Loose ends of threads throughout the garment need I say more!!!!!
After writing to complain within minutes of the delivery and after several further emails I was told if I Returned the item they would consider a refund, but It had to be returned by either DHL or UPS on checking out the cost of returning the item £37 was The cheapest!!!! So no hope there.
I don’t hold out much hope in getting my money back after reading so many similar experiences with the same responses so all I can add is AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DESPICABLE AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE AND DECEIVE PEOPLE THIS WAY.

I ordered fleece lined boots which took almost a month to arrive. The boots I received are a cheap thin imitation of the boots on their site and are not fleece lined at all. I contacted their customer service who insist I was sent the correct product and that I am the only person who is disappointed...everyone else is apparently delighted with the boots! Clearly they haven't seen trustpilot! They will not accept that there is an issue even though I sent them screenshots of the advert for the boots as well as photos of what I actually received last week clearly showing that they are not as advertised. I have raised a claim through PayPal. Let's see how I get on. I also plan to report them to trading standards. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

UPDATE : just seen an advert on Facebook for Nanalily_uk for the same boots. Clearly new name for the same scammers as their customer (lack of) support address is that used for Odoyalso.

Bought 3 pairs of what turned out to be very poor cheap copies of popular Clarks sandals, through ad on Facebook. Poor quality and too small, but would only refund if returned through DHL or UPS to China at cost of £50 approx. Paid Paypal, but no help. Really furious as advertising misleading and deceptive and no redress

Bought this cardigan, waited for weeks and weeks for it to arrive and what a massive disappointment, the cardigan is a large as ordered (size 12), the fit is atrocious, the hood when pulled up pulls the whole cardigan up, it hangs rather than fits and is completely useless, customer services advised basically I’m stuck with it as they will not accept returns unless the cardigan is damaged. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I ordered the knee high boots , nothing like the picture, and had a big scratch on one of the boots, not very happy, don't waste your time or money on this site, still waiting to hear from the company, I also tried to cancel the order as I saw bad reviews and was told been shipped , which then about 3 days later I had an email to say shipped ! So that was also lies !

**I decided to open a case via PayPal, but did as they wanted and messaged the company first. Yes, I can return them, they MAY refund me - which also means that they may not. The biggest catch here is that I can only use DPS or UPS to return it. I think that I'll be out of pocket as it will no doubt cost a small fortune from the UK (or anywhere else) to post via those carriers to China. End of edit**
I recently received the black sheep wool cardigan after 7 weeks of excited anticipation! Oh the disappointment!
I ordered 2 of these. One for my slim size 10, 13 year old, one for me, also a size bigger than my usual size. The smaller one is almost wearable, but the hood is so small, and if you can actually get it on your head it drags from the shoulders - makes you look a bit Quasimodo like (my one the same). If you use the thumb holes, the sleeves drag from the under arms and shoulders. The smaller size (L) is 2 inches longer than my 3XL, but both are short in the body.
Both cardigans have a button, but no button hole or loops to fasten it. If this was the only issue, I'd make loops myself, but these are unwearable. Too short in the body, the finish on the smaller one is not good either with holes at the join where the hood meets the fronts
I do think there is some actual wool in these as you can smell it, and it feels warm - this could be the only plus point.
I've emailed this awful company so many times. They are sorry(!!), but as I received the sizes I asked for, they will not do anything about it! I'm hoping that Paypal will help. They are unwearable and a waste of nearly £60 I just don't have to waste.

Boots took months to arrive and when they finally did they were the wrong size. Emailing their "support" department was no help as they told me I had ordered the wrong size. Sent them screenshots of my order and the size chart from their website, they then said they could not give a refund as my order had "no quality problems"! Also, the boots don't even look like the picture.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering. Ordered hubby some golf shoes. Very badly made, stitching missing in lots of places and coming apart, sizes way too small, not fit for purpose. Trying to get a refund. They offered 3 dollars compensation on a £29.99 shoe. I refused it saying I want a full refund and as yet they've not responded. Do not use them.
Have sent pictures of the faulty shoes, they now want them returned to China, postage is half the amount of the value of the shoes. They kept the fact they were from China when ordered as I would not have ordered them. Please do not order anything from this company. The advert was on Facebook. Avoid.

Ordered some waterproof golf shoes. Took forever to arrive. To say they are cheap and shoddy would be an understatement. They were also the wrong size. I ordered UK 9.5 (45). But because it says 45 on the outer packing they refuse to exchange them. They are obviously wrongly packed. If I could give them less than one star I would.

Poor. Delivery was slow, but I received the item, which bore absolutely no resemblance to the description. The long wrap cardigan was more like a scarf. They insist on return via UPS or similar which would have been more than the value of the item, so ended up raising a dispute with PayPal. Don't bother!

I also bought the black sheep wool sweater, I waited over 4 weeks for delivery I’m so disappointed with it I can’t wear it as it’s disjointed. Its nothing like the photo. A complete waste of £30. Not even large enough for a dog to lie on. Might be good for an elf costume. Would not buy from them again.
