Do not use this company. I still haven't received my order 2 months later and they haven't responded to my emails and they will not give me a refund. Never again will I use this company. Absolutely terrible, terrible company and customer service.

WARNING - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I ordered £60 worth of items on 31 August 2020. It is now 5th Oct and nothing has arrived. Despite knowing when I ordered, the tracking link they keep sending me (which was never shared until I complained) says it was ordered and shipped on 22 Sept 2020 and is now "in transit to "unknown location". It could literally be anyone's tracking link! I've tried to get answers via polite emails, but all I get is a standard reply from customer service telling me it is in transit, that they won't refund me because of this and to "have a nice day". As far as I am concerned, my money has been stolen and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. The only saving grace is (given other reviews on here) is that the items if they ever do appear will probably be substandard and unreturnable! Please don't make the same mistake as me. Order from a reputable company with some kind of complaints procedure, and where you can be assured of some kind of UK consumer rights protection.

I ordered the Black sheet sweater, it took weeks to arrive and when it did it was squashed into a very small package. The hood is really odd but most disappointingly the garment is VERY short, I'm not tall so that's not the reason. Also there is no button fastener or thumbhole on the cuffs.
Absolutely disgusted with this product not as advertised, a lot of money spent on something that is unwearable. I am not going to incur the cost of returning, am in the process of requesting a refund, I am not hopeful.

After 31 days my black wool Cardigan arrived. Looks nothing like the product on the website, is too small and out of proportion. Like many I wished I'd read the reviews before ordering. Just started dialogue to see if I can get a refund without having to pay to return the product to China!

Cheats and dishonest....I ordered a pair of golf shoes as advertised on the site....received a pair of cheap imitation copy shoes totally not fit for purpose. Had exchanged several emails and been offered 7GBP (£7.00) ...will not give full refund unless I ship to China and cover costs...misleading adverts and liars

Do NOT buy from this scamming Chinese company. The goods take ages to arrive - and when they do, they are cheap fakes.

Update - my two cardigans arrived about a week ago and what a disappointment. They were not black wool they were light brown wool - looked dyed. Styles were slightly different in each as were the colour. The one labelled XXL fitted my size 10 daughter and the one labelled M fitted size 16 me. I say labelled but there was not a label on the cardigan, this was the size sticker on the bag. As others have said there are no labels on them at all so no information. I would send them back but can’t afford the postage and the hassle. I will keep to wear over my pyjamas inside.

I have also ordered a black wool cardigan at the end of August - two actually and it is now October and still nothing has arrived. When I enquired about delivery I was sent a tracking number which shows something was shipped somewhere at the end of September but I don’t know if it is my order. I am very angry with myself that I have been duped by this company. I have seen so many bad reviews about these cardigans maybe I don’t want to receive one anyway! Facebook evidently gets a lot of money from shonky companies such as Odoyalso advertising on their site. It’s about time they also take some responsibility for who they allow to advertise seeing as they use our data to entice them to place the ads in the first place.

I would not, as others have said here give this company any stars. The black sheep woolen cardigan is tiny! I ordered a size 22 so it would be large and roomy. It has arrived and it is so small it fits my 5 year old grandson!! Hilarious hood as well. For a guidline as to how small it is three packs of Johnsons face wipes fit from hem to the top of the arm!! I wish I had seen these reviews first. I have reaised two complaints and request for a refund but wonder if they will even acknowlege them.

The boots that arrived were a very poor quality imitation of what was advertised. To get a refund I'd have to courier them back to China which would cost more than boots and they wouldn't offer a discount. PayPal haven't been able to help as they can only refund £15 postage.

Wool cardigan is awful...just thrown together. Very poor quality.

Just adding my complaint about this sham company to the ever-growing pile.
Ordered the now infamous black wool cardigan back in August.
Was sent a tracking number, but this turned out to be for a different person, at a different address 😡 - clearly a fake number.
Have handed the whole sorry mess over to AmEx - so maybe they can sort it out.
Please do NOT order from this company!

Dreadful.. absolutely awful product. No care instructions...button without a button hole. Weird shape & hood. Waist length in fact the complete opposite of everything in the description! Please do not buy

I received my "black Sheep" sweater today after waiting approx. 4 weeks
Extremely disappointed in this product - False advertising at its best. The back of this jacket is waist length, the button is just under the arm pit not waist secure as mention in their website. Also there is no button hole to do it up even if you wanted to use the button under your arm pit. No care labels on saying what the material is or washing instructions. They advertise that they have a factory in the UK which is not true as this product was shipped from china. I would recommend NOT buying from this company.

Well, I finally received the supposedly “Black Sheep” sweater today after waiting almost 5 weeks (ordered 27/8/20).
Oh dear, what can I say. Ordered the larger size, but the article they’ve sent may just about fit my 11-year-old granddaughter! It looks absolutely nothing like the Facebook image, which was approx. hip length - the length of the one I have received is just about waist length!
The hood is long & pointed - reminiscent of the Ku Klux Klan - my husband couldn’t contain himself & burst out laughing when I tried this “thing” on!
There were no labels in the garment, no washing instructions, no nothing.
There is a buttonhole at the neckline & a button at the waist????? - most peculiar.
Very shoddy, badly made, doesn’t fit - maybe the dog will like it in her basket!
My honest advice to anyone thinking of buying from this Company - DON’T BOTHER!

I ordered about 6 weeks ago a Black Sheep sweater, it has finally come after I had chased it many times. Definately not worth the money crumpled in a tiny packet, very weird hood, no labels as to where it was made or washing instructions, and a button hole on the neck and a button under the arm. My advice is dont bother.

Ordered a coat. When it came poor quality, awful sizing. Contacted them for
Refund and was repeatedly challenged via email. If I do not receive a returns note to send the coat back for a refund, I am going to take them to Trading Standards as they will not refund me. Do not use this company they are a complete fraud and products awful quality.

If I could give a zero rating I would! Same situation as the previous review. Order delivered a month later. Item did not fit and the sewing quality was poor. A novice could produce better. Contacted them to return to be asked if I had made a mistake with sizing. When challenged, I have had no response since. Sham company and contacting credit card company to issue a chargeback. Fraudsters!!

Ordered a coat , it arrived 30 days later . Poor quality Doesn’t fit emailed they won’t refund as it’s the size I ordered . Poor service and I am trying to put a pay pal claim in. Robbers !!! I have tried to post back but £15 to return , they have a uk telephone number but return address is China , so they know to expensive to post back !!!

I ordered my brown wool hoody way back in August today I got a message with a tracking number, I came to this site to see if I could track it from here. OMG I have read the reviews, I am not holding out much hope for ever seeing the hoody or the money again. Facebook should be ashamed for allowing scammers to advertise. However tempting the product looks in the future I will avoid like the plague! which is sad because there are a few good genuine companies out there I have bought from in the past. Shame on you!

DO NOT USE ODOYALSO. I ordered two black sheep's wool cardigans. Initially received an email saying thank you for your order etc. Then nothing. Despite sending numerous emails, messages etc with no response. I wish I had checked reviews before I ordered. I noticed the same cardigans being advertised on Facebook with a different company. Think they were called Lemonite. Just be aware people is there nothing we can do to let people know about these companies??? 🤬🤬🤬
