This company is a scam. I ordered what looked like a lovely wool cardigan. The video showed it sourced by a company in New Zealand. Very proffessional video, very convincing. I paid £29.99. After several emails I was given a false tracking number, that shows the parcel delivered to some address, that is not even close to mine. The company keeps telling you to be patient, it has been over a month. Paypal WONT OPEN A DISPUTE because they cover this 'type' of transaction!! This company obviously knows that. They take your money and there is nothing you can do about it.

**** EDIT: Item arrived 9 October, ( ordered mid August). 100% shipped from China, with Chinese labells on the packaging. Not shipped from Ireland/ New Zealand per their advert. Not the same as the video/photos of the item that I ordered. It is short (waist length, instead of past the bum), loose threads on all the seams that have not been cut off, no size (or any other label)- meaning you cant return it because their site says you can return if they sent the incorrect size. The hood has a weird pointy thing on it. There is a button on the side seam under the arm, but it does not line up with the button hole, and pulls the cardigan up if you use it. Absolutely would not have spent 30 quid on this if I had known it was so badly made. I have several other cardigans in a similar style that I have since bought from local online stores at half the price that fit much better.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a coat which took over 4 weeks to arrive. Once received the coat was very bad quality, I contacted customer service to arrange a refund and was told they do not issue refunds and give the coat to someone else if I don’t want it.

I ordered a woollen cardigan from this company on 26th August and despite being given a tracking number, which says it has been delivered and signed for, I have received nothing. I am in the process of reclaiming from PayPal. I would advise against having anything to do with these people. I wish I'd checked on line and been warned by these other reviews first.

Ordered the golf shoes as they looked good in the photo, however when they arrived they are completely different. Cheap material, no spikes on the sole unsuitable for golf. I contacted them with my complaint and they replied, I asked for a refund and haven't heard from them since! Don't buy unless you need an expensive pair of carpet slippers!

Sadly, the same review from us as everyone else. Money taken but no reply to any enquiries and no sign of the order. They have basically stolen £30. Don't be fooled.

I too have succumbed to this! Aaarrgghh! I ordered a 60% wool cardigan in a gorgeous design, hood, thumb holes. Apart from being ripped off I really wanted that. I should have known it was too good to be true. I’ve tried emailing, they responded at first but keep fobbing me off. It’s been 3 weeks now, no sign of it, I also didn’t get any emails saying the order has been received/despatched. I feel such a fool! Never buying off Facebook adverts again, ever!

I would caution anyone using this Company. I ordered so called Golf shoes which took 3 weeks to arrive and were nothing more than cheap training shoes, not fit for purpose. I was refused a refund and when I asked for a return address, I was given an address in China!!! Opened a dispute with PayPal but am anything but optimistic!

Clearly a scam company, little response regarding an order, useless tracking number that doesn’t work. Avoid at all costs, now opened a dispute through PayPal to recover the payment.
I guess I should have read the reviews here first 🙄
UPDATE 25/10/20 I have now received a full refund via PAYPAL having opened up a dispute 👍🏻

Avoid!! Said my order was delivered, received nothing!! I am not holding my breath, that will teach me to read reviews here first!!

I ordered 2 weeks ago and they have not sent and when I ask by email am sent some generic response...another one to report to PayPal. I give up, I’m not buying from FB adverts again. That’s £30 I’ll not see again

Avoid like the Plague, Stole £30 off me. Now refuse to even acknowledge me. Its disguising that people like this are allowed to be in business. I would have given zero stars if that was possible. Whatever information they gave Yodel (another bunch of cowboys), doesn't match the tracking detail they gave me and now Yodel won't speak to me either. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Also check that they are not still taking money out of your account

Scam website. Pathetic tracking system, no customer service, and fake emails. I wish I’d read these reviews before. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You’ll be out of pocket like me. This website should be shut down. Shame on social media websites for allowing them on their system.

Dreadful service - I think the 3 reviews below are scams - they fobbed me off with excuses as to where my order way, refused to refund, could not give delivery timescales and mess me about pretending they couldn't track my information - dreadful company do not buy anything from them. Wish I had checked here first.

I would like to give this site no stars. Items arrived eventually, supposedly golf shoes with absolutely flat soles, the pattern of studs is printed on. The shoes are useless and the chance of a refund in none with shipping costs for return more than the original cost. Please do not use this site or any similar offer on Facebook,

I feel so stupid for falling for this sight - like another person on here I ordered the black wool sweater - then I read the reviews. I note the good ones are written in broken English and don't sound genuine - the poor reviews reflect that this is indeed a scam sight. I tried to cancel immediately - only to be told it has been despatched. I expect my money is funding some criminal syndicate- but also feel social media sites should shoulder some responsibility for who they let advertise . I feel foolish -please dont order from them

Ordered a pair of golf shoesPoor quality not as in pictures on site, no studs as supposed to be effectivly a flat soul which will be useless when it's wer. plus took best part of 2 months to arrive.

Total rubbish. Ordered size 46 golf shoes. Received golf shoes marked 46. Far to narrow and short to be correct 46 size. So shoes impossible to wear. They refused to take back order so I might as well throw them away and lose all my money.

They are advertising through Timehop now pushing black sheep wool wrap/hoodies. Write up is the wool is so rare but on sale 50% off £35 that made me suspicious. Too good to be true? Fortunately checked on Trustpilot first.
I won’t be going there. Thank you Trustpilot and those taking the time to review.

As reported by others, this is a scam company. They market brand products that look decent and then ship the cheapest items possible if you even receive them. a disgrace Facebook allows then on their site. Need to be shut down!!!
