You wouldn't let me post a "No" star review which is what you deserve. I am a solicitor wanting to make contact with your firm. Have you tried phoning ??? Unless you are a client/debtor with an account number your phone system is not interested in answering you or putting you through to anyone so I have had to give up. The phone call could have been some help to you or another client of yours but I won't be wasting any more time on trying to make contact with your firm. It is not surprising there are so many bad reviews.

What am absolutely disgusting organisation so desperate to extract money from individuals they'll go as far as placing a ccj against your name as they have done with me over an Npower bill from 2018 (which my I add was fully paid) the representatives I have spoken with from yesterday to today have been diabolical. A guy today by the name of Hamza couldn't even answer a simple question without deflecting the question was "Are you a solicitor" & "Are you SRA registered" he just tried to argue. And when I asked for a copy of the recorded line his question was "why do you want that" rudely. That headache was added today from the brain numbing call I had with a lady called Georgia yesterday

After speaking with E.on / Npower and anybody else I could to resolve this. That all stated they have no record of the account (which one again was always fully paid) and by the looks of the reviews have been doing this low life activities for a while to a number of people

Noah the agent was very friendly and helped me sort a problem out i forgot I even had , great customer service .

Overdales refused to tell me where this debt was from, and even though it is stat barred they refused to let me speak refused to give me any details or discuss it, they kept trying to tell me that I have to pay for a debt that has become state barred

I received an email from them this morning about a debt with EON. I have asked them to verify this debt as I do not acknowledge it I tried ringing but could not speak to an agent.

I do not owe EON any money I switched providers and they sent me bills that were estimated. I was fully paid up with them and I never received any emails to say they were sending it to a debt collections. Obviously because I do not owe the debt.

They are threatening to take me to court over a small amount which is ridiculous I've emailed asking them to verify my debt and send me information on how this came to be because the last time i was with EON was back in 2020.

They have no business taken on debt before they even contact us and then threatening Court action over £340

Received a threatening letter from these onanists at my address for a person who does not nor ever has lived there.
Having been online i rang as I thought this would be easier but could not speak to anyone as I was not making a payment nor was I the account holder.
I then e mailed expressing my concerns as a pensioner with diminishing health only to be ignored why have a complaints department if you do not acknowledge and deal with complaints you mooncalves!
Not sure how companies like this exist threatening defenceless innocent people.
Shame on you.

This company is putting a charging order on my property for a stupid amount I have sent this email but no reply !!

How do I reset up the payment plan again please to start on the 8th June ?

I am classed as disabled and hold a blue badge plus receive PIP for my injuries so this pressure is making me physically ill now with the threat of you forcing me to sell my property!!

I will be able to start paying on this date and recently things have been very hard as I have had 2 bereavements within the last few months and now this charging order is making me feel that my life is not worth living anymore !!

Please can you help me with this and start the repayments in July ?

Incorrect balances, incorrect information, failed promises, lies, poor telephone manor. Complained about all of the above. My complaint was UPHELD and still their atrocious service continued.

This company has taken money out my account and saying they haven’t received it when I have online banking as proof. I will be going forward with this .

I got a tablet as a gift from Three in 2020, for upgrading to a new phone, they are now claiming that I owe them £2,400 for the tablet, which they are now saying was not a gift. Absolute extortion.

Overdales are claiming my review was about another company and not them, just for the sake of clarity, I am talking about OVERDALES, so as well as absolute rip off tactics, they are also abject liars, two things that go hand in hand, and this supposedly a legal organisation.

Lowell and Overdales are one and the same. Scam debt collectors that will send aggressive letters and texts, very frequently. Hopefully the people who work for the organisation will one day grow a conscience and get a real job.

Hi I’m being harassed by a debt company called Lowell for a mobile bill for 529;29 I’ve never been on network 3 I’m on Vodafone have been for over 8 years now they need to send proof I have been on the network because I know this can’t be found because I’ve never been on network 3 if this continues I will myself take this further and sue for harassment plz leave me alone I have a learning disability and this causes me anxiety and it isn’t fair that I keep getting threatening letters off Lowell and now over dales solicitors

Me and my husband have to pay so much a month when we first set the payments up the man was lovely very helpful. what a difference the man was we spoke to yesterday I forgot to put the payment in as got a lot going on. Rang up to set the repayments back up at first the man was ok but I spoke when the man said why didn’t you make sure the payment was in. I spoke up to say I forgot and it was a genuine mistake. My husband as learning problems. The last man didn’t mind me speaking this man was going on about my husband breaking the law going on about the data protection rights. I didn’t realise we had done anything wrong it felt like he thought he was better then us it’s not on

I've tried ringing you twice now and met with the same excuse. Look listen carefully yeah, i do not owe you £556 for a 02 simm card i've never had, I've been with EE for like forever and if you have CCTV footage of me going into a 02 shop purchase a 02 simm than fare enough but until you do i really suggest you quit trying to scam people because your not getting a single penny out of me. My bank has been informed by your scam so you're only going to be met by police in your Bradford outlet and me a 16 year Veteran with a whole heap of mental health problems so do one okay

Company who thinks it is ok to harass, bully and threaten people! I am guessing same company as Lowell’s! scam artists, disgraceful this is allowed!

Absolute scam artists and chancers.

They have been writing to me for a long time with regards to a debt that was statute barred with capital one. They have obviously purchased the debt without my knowledge and despite me never having any contact with them directly they issued a CCJ and are now trying to send bailiffs round to enforce the debt (Including huge fees) despite me having no proof of them having a legal right to the debt.

They continue to send letter after letter despite having no proof of the original debt or their legal right to the money.

They are wasting their time and resources with me as they won’t be getting a penny from me as I know all of my rights but I feel sorry for people who aren’t clued up and are vulnerable as they prey on these people with aggressive tactics and are obviously being successful in draining money from people who can’t afford to pay them.

I implore anybody who are contacted by these lowlifes to google the hell out of their rights and/or seek advice in how to not give them a penny. Google is a great tool with some very useful information. Civil debts are not enforceable if you don’t agree to let anyone in your house.

I spoke with Henna this morning, she was incredibly attentive to my situation, she was incredibly helpful and supportive. Thankyou for being caring and offering me support. What a lovely caring person, she is a credit to Overdales Solicitors. She has helped lighten my load, thankyou Henna x
