not sure if it's partmasters fault or their chosen courier but was told by text go and get my parcel went to my local post office every day for a week parcel not there then it had gone over the time limit to collect invisible parcel returned to sender. in partmasters defence they did give me a prompt refund after that and I went and bought what I needed from somewhere else. disappointed.

Very good service

Good on time delivery of my order. It arrive when I was informed about it. The post man who delivered my package, and a lot more post rang my door bell as per instructions, (I am a wheelchair user) and entered . He came in to find me and personally handed me all of my deliveries and he was extremely polite thankfully . A short chat, and I was very happy to meet such a pleasant driver for Royal Mail. He was well dressed very smart and clean. His hands were clean too, as I notice every person's hands when they hand me my deliveries. I am a retired trained nurse and taught to be *observant* Nothing but all EXCELLENT!! A BIG *Thank you* to him please. I was impressed.

Arrived on time. There was a crease in the item, which would destroy it's effectiveness, but I only needed less than 10% of the area, so not a problem.

Seems to work well... And I'm now the goto guy for cheap repairs 🤠

Part was as advertised and delivered within the designated dates. Good work all round. However, I have to experience the part work over a certain period of time to make sure it doesn't malfunction after a short time span, hence the rating.

The description of the part - a battery for a vacuum cleaner - was clear enough for us to order with confidence. The item arrived quickly and safely. Full marks.

Terrible service. The wrong part was sent. I have tried twice to return it - once on my own and once with the help of staff at Curry's. Both times, the parcel was not collected. I think there is a problem with your returns system but you are also very difficult to contact.
Clearly Partmaster can contact me because you keep asking me to give you a review. My experience so far has been awful and I will never order from you again.

Oven door arrived broke and when I tried to contact but no phone number only email and I have sent numerous with no response and now I receive an email for review which is joke considering they've ignored my email for a refund still no help disgrace

Zero customer support. I told them the dishwasher wheels I bought had no clips & I couldn't fit them. I haven't even had a generic acknowledgement from webform complaint & cannot use dishwasher.
