Lack of communication
18/4/26 UPDATE and I am no further forward. No correspondence from anyone, beginning to wonder if they are all Robots! They now have my glass jug, the ?door hinges AND £27+ Come on PARTSMASTER, please sort this. If you cannot supply the glass jug at least, please refund me.
Ordered Krups Glass jug with next day delivery and was sent completely wrong item (?door hinges) Sent 3 emails with not one reply back from them. I have now returned said hinges hoping to either get my glass jug or money back. Not holding out much hope.

Very efficient company,first time I have used them,sadly the part ordered did not fit. This meant that I used their returns service which worked very well and got a refund into my bank within a week 😊

Ilogikal spare parts policy
Partmaster and Logik are both Currys plc own brand. I have a Logik kettle in which the spout filter needs replacing. Searching the Partmaster parts list for filters there are filters for every brand of kettle EXCEPT Logik!! Clearly, there is no 'Logik' in Currys parts stocking policy!

Waiting to see if there is any warranty with this product
I purchased this product to replace the existing product already purchased, which failed within seven months of purchase. The returns procedure was very easy to follow and was pain free. I am awaiting a reply to see if the original product will be replaced with a full refund (as I have already purchased the same product as a replacement.)
