I find that the Rohan website is easy to navigate and ordering is simple and manageable for someone like myself who isn’t tech confident. The items i have purchased are always high quality. They wash well and keep their shape well. Plus they are comfortable to wear.

Astonishing that shop staff cannot see the (legal) issue with advertised prices on display in shop windows, where the item on the stand is many times more expensive than the displayed price. Please advise that you have sent a memo to all stores to ensure window displays are accurate and comply with advertising laws. Rohan's reply shows a shocking disregard for ensuring ALL their stores abide by legal requirements; if one store is out of order, it shows that they are not ensuring compliance. Kicking the issue back to the customer is the weakest action to take.

I love Rohan. I am a U.S. based shopper and was surprised to get a tariff bill after my items had shipped .bad surprise ! I know tariffs are NOT your fault but a heads up before I bought would have been much appreciated

long wait for my money. I won't be buying Rohan products online anymore, the returns and refund time is far to long. Ok Royal Mail don't help, snails pace from them. I have bought and liked Rohan products for many years I still have a summer shirt I bought in the 80s, but maybe not for much longer, prices are getting to much even with the sales considering there made in Vietnam for goodness sake. I posted off my return on the 21st Sept I did not receive my refund until the 29th, to long to wait. P S The last time I was in the Keswick store, sorry to say, the staff not that helpfull.

The jacket was exactly what I wanted - light-weight, water-proof, long enough (down to mid thighs which really helps keep you dry) and great pockets for traveling.
The delivery was punctual.

The quality was not as good as last jeans I bought from you. The button hole was very badly finished and they do not seem to be holding their shape well .

Needed to replace decades-old cheapish rain jacket that leaked during wet music festival! Already had Rohan raincoat so chose same material for Rohan rain hoodie! Feels light and comfortable. However since purchase it’s hardly rained, so can’t comment of its main function!

Easy to order items - they are always honestly described on the website - so no nasty surprises.
Delivery is always prompt.
Rohan clothing is always well made and long lasting.

Well designed and cut clothing, with accurate and consistent sizing for all men's items.
The Inverness shop is well located next to the station and near the bus station too. A good sized and well stocked shop.
The number of ZIPPED, internal and external pockets is a critical factor in choosing jackets, gilets, trousers and shirts too!

Really poor quality of product and customer service. Waterproof jacket bought for £180 has barely lasted two years and now the inner lining is peeling away and is no longer waterproof. Bought with cash and no longer have a receipt, i told them the exact date / store location i bought it from but they couldn’t help with proof of purchase as they don’t keep records for over two years. Yeah well neither! Offered a gift card for less than the value of the jacket as compensation. Not sure what the thought process is there, will not be buying from the brand again due to such poor quality.

Nothing wrong with the product, but after ordering, I had a query on delivery.

The link from the order confirmation email to track delivery didn’t work (you really need to fix that)

So I submitted a query via the contact form on your website but the response took nearly a week to come through, and then didn’t answer my question, so I gave up.

Not great customer service at all. Northbound Gear, for comparison, email me (I don’t need to contact them) with constant updates on delivery progress, so guess who I’d prefer to spend my money with in future, regardless of the quality of your products …

I placed my order and immediately realized that the shipping address had autofilled to my previous address in the US rather than my current address in the UK. Since it was before their opening hours of 9:00 a.m., I immediately emailed them and also contacted them through their messaging platform.

The messaging platform responded and said they would reach out to customer service to have the address updated. When I didn’t hear anything back, I called the following morning. I was told that my order had already shipped, but that they would contact DHL to have the package intercepted and returned.

Unfortunately, one week later, my package has now made it to the US, and I have no way of accessing it or resolving the situation.

The most frustrating part of this experience has been the lack of timely customer service. If you think you may need any assistance with your order, I would strongly reconsider ordering from this company. When I spoke with customer service, I was told that they were three days behind on responding to emails.

Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a company handles them. In this case, I made every effort to contact them immediately, yet the issue was not addressed in time and has now resulted in my package being sent to the wrong country. What a waste of 200 pounds.

Rohan is a great company . The clothing is well made with good quality materials but they need to open a few more shops not close all of them.

Having been a very satisfied customer for nearly 40yrs, using my Rohan clothing on many adventures in Central Asia, SE Asia, Africa & Europe - It is my prime travel companion!

Great range of product of a very good quality. Comfortable to wear and long lasting a bit expensive at times though. Excellent service.

Easy to order and pay on line, although delivery dates can be unpredictable (but not long). Sadly the men's shirts do not carry two decent zipped breast pockets that were so useful for travel for wallets, passports etc. Now you are lucky to get one, and that is likely to be small and useless. I've commented on this several times directly, but to no avail
