First class experience
Ordered 130 hedging plants which arrived well packed and in great condition. Very helpful with all aspects of our order, unfortunately they were not able to supply the complete order in the size ordered but gave us a very good alternative at the same price. Even sent the 3 additional plants that were missing from our order. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and look forward to future shopping with them.

Laurels and Privets
Received my order which did not look the planting advertised, the 3 privet bushes looked like 9 twigs put together not one green leave to be seen ? should have been 5ft plus but lucky to be 3ft high. The 5 laurels which had some leaves but half of them had been eaten by some insect, again the size advertised 3ft-4ft the ones I received barley reached 2.5ft. What they are doing is illegal misrepresentation of there products. Customer service non-existent. Steer clear and buy your planting else were

Privet hedges naturally shed their leaves during winter in the UK, especially when they are bare-root plants. This is a natural process and does not indicate any issue with the plants. Once planted and properly cared for, they will recover and grow healthy leaves in the spring.
As for the sizes, we take great care to ensure the plants match the advertised measurements, but bare-root plants can sometimes appear smaller due to pruning, which is essential for their safe transportation and healthy growth.

I bought a brand new marquee
I bought a brand new marquee, when erecting it the poles bent and the velcro on the canvass was ripped. After 2 emails asking to return the item, there has been no reply from the company.

Absolutely fantastic green house
Absolutely fantastic green house . It took me 20 minutes to put it up . Strong sturdy and the PE cover is very strong . There is a zipper in the cover which makes it very easy to open and close the cover . I am very happy with the product .

Not a gardener by any means so thankful for all the advice
Not a gardener by any means, so I was quite anxious about buying plants to make a hedge in my strange shaped garden. Just moved into my home and it has a low wall that my two dogs can jump over. Planning permission won’t let me build a taller wall but I can grow a hedge as tall as I want. So, after seeing the post on Facebook marketplace for very reasonably priced hedging I started enquiring about what I would need.
Harry was great and answered all my questions and gave advice on which plants were best for my garden. The plants are a lot taller than I expected for the price and delivery time was very quick.
