Helpful and understanding
I spoke to Shailin Adams who was as helpful as he could be given that I am not named on the account as I was calling from the Accounts Payable department to verify SES's Bank details to set the account up. Shailin also advised on what could be done to enable me to speak to Customer Services without any restriction going forward.

Good outcome to call
Ethan was polite and very helpful. There was a lot of background noise which made it hard to hear and understand the conversation despite his best efforts to try and reduce it.

I often have reason to call as I manage multiple account s with yourselves, Dayuun is always patient and through and endeavour's to bring solutions, even if he can't fix it himself he takes ownership of the issue and works with your internal teams until resolved, without constant prodding from myself.
