It took sportsguns almost a month
To deliver my order. The website allowed me to order an item out of stock.
I think they only have one delivery van for the whole of the UK.
Email requests for a delivery date came back rather vague.
Not sure I would order again

First time buying an air gun and the experience was great with sportsguns - came within a week, they were helpful on the phone and delivery arrangement was easy. Glad I found this store instead of trying the poor selection of firearm dealers near me.

Fantastic service. Knowledgeable, friendly, great prices and delivers to your door. Really can't fault these guys.

Absolutely amazing company to deal with! I'm a three time purchaser from Mike and his team and can't recommend Sportsguns highly enough for their service and help throughout the entire process. From making the initial order to getting the knock on the door from one of their in-house delivery drivers I was kept informed all the way. Now when anyone asks me where to buy from 'Mike at Sportsguns' is my answer!

Well they,re a great bunch in that shop! They now straightaway who i am when I ring up usually! Very very pleasant and helpful don't think I would go anywhere else they are great!!! and they delivery to your door that is just right for me as I'm a long way away THANKS to you ALL!!!!!

Great service from Sportsguns as always. I've purchased multiple sporting related goods from them over the last 12-18 months now and every time it's been a pleasure from start to finish.

They are possibly the cheapest RFD in the UK and even with their nationwide delivery on top, they still undercut my local RFD for price. Their delivery drivers are polite and courteous and work through the day to ensure your delivery reaches you on time. A courtesy call is always made before your delivery is due to leave to give you a rough day and time slot for delivery so you're fully aware of when to expect your purchase.

Overall I would continue to use Sportsgun for all my sporting related needs due to their fantastic prices and fantastic customer service!

Great company and people to deal with. Customer Service is first class, and their prices are fantastic. Cannot rate this company enough, they bend over backwards to fill your requirements.

Excellent service from start to finish, nothing was to much bother, very helpful and made ordering very easy, even the delivery was spot on, had a phone about 12 o’clock telling me he would be there at 4 pm, 4 pm he knocked my door. Would highly recommend this company.

Really good service and honest advice i must have spent an hour in the shop trying different guns and was under no pressure at all to buy unlike other shops that try and sell you something even if you don't want it. I will definitely be going back for supplies even though there are 3 nearer shops i could use but don't give the same service.

I placed an order 0n 18/11/2016 for 2 air rifles and a cleaning kit, was in excess of550 pounds. The initial transaction was very good and smooth, however i was not informed that the cleaning kit wasn't in stock, and just got a hand scrawled note saying "cleaning kit coming later". I emailed them on 11/12/16, no reply, again on 14/12/16 no reply, then 0n 02/01/17 i emailed yet again asking about the cleaning kit. I received a reply saying they had not received any emails from me, there were no email deamons so i know the emails went through and from the 14/12/16 i used neotrace to track email delivery and the email servers received the emails.
ANyway i was told that in January a delivery would arrive with the cleaning kits, would i wait or have a refund, i decided to wait, and emailed back saying so, and also mentioning how frustrating not having any replys to my emails was.
I waited and waited and heard nothing from Cardigan Sports Ltd, i emailed again in late Feb - tracked with neotrace and delivered. no reply.
Emailed again 13/03/17 asking where the cleaning kit was - tracked with neotrace and delivered, no reply. Couple of days later my cleaning kit arrives with a postmark dated 13/03/17. NO emails no note of apology re the delay. So i emailed asking why an order placed in November wasnt honoured until March - 5 months to fulfill an order! I got a reply saying the delivery came in that very day i emailed and did i i want a 5 pound refund. I explained it wasnt about the refund it was the lack of communication and frankly the incredulous excuse that in 5 months i have little communication from them and in that time i email on the very day a delivery comes was frankly disingenous. I replied via email for the first time using my full hereditary title (lord) the response i got was not only RUDE but SARCASTIC too. If you want to buy something from Mike Sabiston the Directior of Cardigon Sports Ltd / sportsguns.co.uk be prepared for them to take your money, if you expect any sort of decent customer service then look elsewhere as my poersoanl expoerience was one of extreme dissappointment and frankly INSULTING response from the Director.

Excellent service. helped me get a part for an airgun i hadn't purchased from them. (second hand) cant thank them enough.
