I have been using Technoworld for a number of years and have never had a bad experience. The salespeople are friendly, professional and not at all pushy. Prices are fair, goods always arrive on time, are correct and in good condition. In three words? Helpful, Reliable and Fair.

Purchased a Microsoft surface duo. Great price and lightening speed delivery. Never heard of this seller, but was pleasantly surprised.

Just purchased phone from Technoworld and incredibly happy with purchase. I've contacted Technoworld ahead as I had some special requirements reg the delivery. They organised it all for me while most other retailers would refuse. Excellent, will shop again!

Technoworld had exactly the model of laptop I wanted, ordered online Monday, selected next day before noon delivery and it arrived exactly as expected. Furthermore, their sales support was excellent- they emailed to inform about a potential delay with the delivery company, offered to repay the delivery charge and kept me updated throughout. And the laptop still arrived the next day. I would recommend Technoworld on this basis.

Great professional company placed order for free delivery in up to 7 working days for a. Chrome book for my dyslexic daughter to use at college. It arrived the following day. I was able to pay by bank transfer all over smooth great company great price great product I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Recently bought a surface pro 8 for an amazing price. Customer service was on point and they kept me updated all the way through. Once despatched I received the item from dpd the next day. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again!

I was disappointed to receive an email the day after purchasing a laptop from technoworld PLC that it was supposedly sold out, whilst I still saw the laptop under the exact same item reference number still listed on the website as available however at an increased price (£400 more than what I had seen it listed for, and the price I had bought it for the day prior). However after some back and forth via emails with technoworld PLC’s customer support I was able to receive the laptop in perfect condition (at no extra cost) and next day delivery therefore I have no further complaints to make. While I can not say I had a fond experience purchasing an item from them in the end I did receive what I paid for.

I was assigned an Account Manager at Technoworld (Mahisha) who reached out to me and gave me interesting and up-to-date quotes to what I was actively searching for. After a few back and forward communications on email, I found everything very easy and very knowledgeable to my queries.
I would not normally consider alternative providers to my normal supplier list however, I am glad I have in this case and would now recommend Technoworld. Great work Mahisha, I look forward to working more with you.

First of all, Technoworld offered a great price on my new laptop and it was delivered promptly. Then Mahisha was amazingly helpful when I managed to order the wrong case for it and changed my order for the correct one before it was processed so that I didn't have to make a return. I work for an IT MSP in the UK and I was sceptical when I placed my first order with Technoworld however, I had no idea how much I would later rely upon them years down the line... Their website is extremely easy to navigate, the search function is great as it allows me to punch product codes/numbers in and finds the correct part/device I am looking for.

The customer service and relationship I have built with them has been second to none. They constantly go above and beyond, especially so in the last 12 months since the global shortages, it is safe to say they have bailed us out of a few sticky situations!

Naturally when a "sales" person reaches out to you after you've placed an online order, you know exactly what they are after and you tend to avoid conversations however, the team at Technoworld are different. They come across as extremely helpful and instead of focussing on sales, their focus is shifted upon helping you deliver to your clients/customers.

I would like to offer a special mention to Mahisha Khan who has been our account manager over the last ~12 months... Mahisha is always available; nothing is too much trouble; offers better pricing by going to her directly (beating all of our other distributors); resolves issues with the best possible outcome; responds immediately to emails/messages and overall has an excellent work ethic. Whilst this review might reflect Mahisha alone - when she is on annual leave, her team take over her role until she returns and they are all just as excellent.

This is how relationships should be between MSPs and Distributors. I highly recommend to all business alike.

Great prices and excellent customer services

I had ordered a Mac Studio and Display direct from Apple. The computer was due to arrive today and the display was not arriving until May/June. I tried numerous other places to get the monitor early but stock was zero and they were all back ordering even when their websites claimed they had stock. I had never heard of Technoworld before yesterday and they were literally my last port of call. I dealt with Mahisha on the phone who told me there was one monitor left in stock so I paid online at 5pm yesterday and the monitor was delivered less than twenty four hours later a couple of hours after the computer arrived. A very satisfactory outcome. I also saved £100 on the Applestore price. So thank you Mahisha for doing a great job. Technoworld now moves into first place on my tech suppliers list.

I recently bought two monitors from Technoworld. This was our first time using this supplier and I couldn't be happier. Mahisha was quick, efficient and accommodating to our inhouse processes. I couldn't recommend Technoworld enough and will be using them again in future!

I was looking for the Asus C214 for a Christmas Present, and was struggling to find it. Until I found Technoworld.

From start to finish, which took a few days as I had computer issues of my own, I was helped every step of the way by Mahishah - a real gem in that company. She even followed the delivery, keeping me up to date on its progress - not that it took that long ie. 25hrs from point if order to receiving the goods. Amazing service, would highly reccommend Technoworld to anyone.

I ordered Microsoft 365 from Technoworld, but there was a problem at the Microsoft end. The staff at Technoworld were extremely helpful, and sorted out the problem with the minimum of fuss - at the same time keeping me informed on the progress of my order. I would be happy to recommend Technoworld PLC to anyone - they were excellent.

There is always a question mark when dealing with a company for the first time and especially on line, as it was with Technoworld. Having ordered an HP laptop, stock had run out on the same day however communication came very quickly advising me of the issue with an offer of an alternative HP model subsequently accepted. The computer arrived on the next working day along with a quality Dicota Laptop bag. Communication throughout the process has been first class with Minisha in sales being extremely helpful, professional and informative. In summary, good products, good value and first class communications.
