I am really pleased with Technoworld's customer service and communications. As an MSP we need accurate and timely information on stock and deliveries. In addition our dedicated CAM responds quickly to queries and always goes the extra mile. The larger distributors could definitely learn a thing or two from them. Would highly recommend.

Technoworld are brilliant in every way. Having had placed an order for a laptop as a gift, the parcel came very quickly and in a good and safe condition and the product itself was as good as I hoped it would be. Sadly, the recipient of the gift didn't feel the same way so I had to return the item. After initiating contact to return the item, I got a really quick reply from the after sales team who were happy to help instantly. I have to give special thanks to Minesh who dealt with my entire case. He was so friendly, polite and helpful the entire way through solving my problem, and made it feel as though I was talking to a friend. Sometimes interactions with companies can be quite tricky but from the word go the return process was seamless and I received my money back in full, and honestly couldn't be happier. My only regret is that I had to return the product, as everything was just top class. I would recommend Technoworld to anyone. Thank you Minesh and Technoworld!

Needed a printer for the home & was recommended to contact Technoworld.
Boy, was I glad I did; got excellent service from Arjun who, after listening to the requirements, advised to purchase the Epson WF-2860DWF, which I duly did.
Received updates from Arjun advising delivery time & it arrived the next day even though I had opted out of next day delivery.

Looked for a couple of Lenovo pcs online. Techoworld came up with the cheapest price and the website said they were in stock. They e-mailed shortly after to say they actually weren't in stock. Annoying waste of time and blocks me spending that sum on my card for 4 days.

Like most people I hadn’t heard of this company before but their price for an impressive spec Asus laptop sounded too good to be true, hell Amazon couldn’t match it and the Argo laptops were permanently out of stock at my local branch plus no delivery option with online purchase either!!! so when Google search returned this store for the Asus model I was looking for, I was skeptical at first. However I did my homework to learn more about the company on the Internet, found their office & warehouse in London on Google map, looked genuine and even called their sales dept.

I can confirm that I’ve ordered laptop from them, arrived next day even when I didn’t opt for next day as it’s not free delivery. The laptop is great, exactly what I wanted so a happy customer. So guys if you’re thinking of buying from them, go ahead.

Having looked around several other sellers I decided to give Technoworld a try even though I hadn’t heard of them before (sorry) and I’m so glad I did - the Lenovo Laptop I ordered was at least £20 less than other sellers and when some confusion arose regarding delivery time (my fault) a quick phone call to Customer Services and the wonderful Minesh Joshi sorted it out and it was delivered next day for no extra charge.

I’m delighted with my purchase and Technoworld will now be my first choice to go to for future purchases.

Best price for the PCs I wanted. Changed my mind day after placing order to a different model (slightly cheaper). All resolved with no fuss - PCs arrived promptly too. Excellent highly recommended!
