Worst clothing site .. had a worst experience ..once u ordered the kurta and prepaid the amount .. and if u want to exchange or return the product . They didn't have the enough time to respond the customer .. all their no shown on there site are not connected .. and on the return product they also deduct the 100 amount ..I recommend everyone not to buy from this site ..otherwise u will feel like a puppet after paying the full amount .. worst site .. and they didn’t have value of the customer ..

very very bad experience. I had a prepaid booking. The order reached on time and but a wrong number was shared to delivery partner. Since the code could not be generated, the delivery partner did not give me my parcel. Its been more than 8 days that they keep telling me to write to support. Support does not repond back expcet for raising a case.

You guys are not cheap. you charge a bomb and this is the experience you give ???

I just got my first order and I have one word WOW!!!! Love, Love, Love these cloths!! I had my doubts before I ordered because most sites plus size cloths are too small and I'm usually disappointment, but not this time!! The shipping was also really fast get to me. Love it!! I'll be back to buy more. For Sure!

I ordered a suit & matching dupatta from the website with complete payment made online. The product looked very cheap, with poor quality fabric. I registered for a return via email to their customer support . the product was picked up from my residence within 2-3 days of registering the return but it has been 20 days since the pick-up and i have not received any refund. I am consistently following up with the customer support via email but have received a standard/auto generated reply stating that refund will be initiated in 24-48 hours. However no refund has been made so far. I tried contacting them through WhatsApp too but no response. I have bought products from The Loom previously too & was happy with the products. But such poor customer service experience is leaving me disappointed & bitter.

I ordered from The Loom seeing the glossy ads that pop up online everywhere. Only the ads are glossy their cloths/salwar suits etc look like what we would see in streets in India. Very cheap product. As I am in US the return was a hassle. I followed the return policy on their website but they make it impossible for the customers to return. Customer service is a joke. Avoid this online shop at all costs US customers. It is a waste of your money, time & energy.

Fraud website!!
I purchased suit from “the loom” and received the damaged kurta.
On the website they have mentioned “7 DAYS NO QUESTION ASKED RETURNS POLICY. In case of defected/damaged product, complaint should be raised within 24 hours of delivery of product.”
I raised the complainant within 24hrs and they did not accept my return request. They were only ready to replace the product with the same one. I had to took follow up with them almost a month. And after almost a month.

They are totally fraud , I took one suit and asked for the return in half an hour. Their checking team is saying it's used . As they don't want to refund your money. When the suits does not fit me ,why the hell.inshould use it . They are saying that there is a mark on it . When we have just opened and.saw and packed back. New fanda for sale . No returns . Have the guts to write on your website.
Starting from courier guy till the end all are chor together.

Hey girls beware of this site . They are complete frauds . They will not deliver your items and will mark them delivered . The customer service will keep telling you that it is delivered and will stop replying to your mails / phones . They are complete thieves and you cannot at all trust them with prepaid orders at all . Be very careful , also whatever is available at their site is available at Nykaa etc . Please check out more reliable sites like myntra , nyka than these frauds
