Please dont buy from the loom. They just work as mediator and provide faluty products. They might be making separate apparels for celebrities. Fraud

These people have over inflated the prices of products that they are only marketing. A simple google lens search of the products will take you to social media accounts and/or websites of original manufacturers or sellers. Do this and you will save a lot of money

Loom may be good for celebrities but not for common people. Their return policy is strange and materials do not worth the price. I will never order again from loom. I can get far better quality material from normal shops for half of the price I paid to Loom. I would never recommend this brand to any of my friends or family

Be very careful with Loom! Their products are nice but they dont dispatch on time as mentioned on the site.It said 10- 15 days and after orderig it shows "dispatch date was wrong , delayed despatch".Took a month almost . I had to get in touch with the cutomer service unpteen times on the products ordered.And the cashback they promise on a certain amount of purchase is a sham ! I purchased for an amount of 22,000 rs,and everytime I email the cutomer service about the cashback, the automated reply comes that there is an resolved issue,hence will take 48- 72 hrs to resolve it.And its been a month and I have not received the cashback!
Hence be careful while ordering from Loom.

i brought lime green set of 3 suite set, the color is bleeding got faded and it was described as hand embroidery but it was machine embroidery no touch or hand work.
it was for the occasion and i travelled back from USA to india i could not return it.

I like their clothes however I informed the store that they are misleading customers about pricing online. The store is over inflating online prices by 100+% and then giving 40% discount. You will find clothes much cheaper in the store

I wish I could give them no star. They do False advertisement. I have bought many products from them some were above 6000 but never got 1000 rupee cashback as they advertise on their website. When asked they said i can get it only on my next purchase. Customer service is very poor. At first they said I did not purchase anything above 6000, when I showed them proof then they said I will have to buy a product worth 6000. Then after that purchase I will get 1000 rupee fo further future purchase. Why? What about the money I spent before??Anyway long story short this is unethical and I will not buy from them anymore.

Last year 2023 I had rated Loom with a 5 🌟 and this year 2024 bringing it down to 1 star! To begin with, At the check out, my first credit card got declined, ( which surprised me )!! I had to use my second credit card! Loom, then refused a discount, until the last minute it kept showing $91 as payment,and suddenly it showed $99 to which,I just went ahead and finished my billing process, so this is the first part, now comes part two!
I had ordered 3 sets of suits, the promised delivery date went by and I had not heard from LOOM! I had to get after them, messages on WhatsApp and Emails going back and forth, they finally come back with some S@$%y sob sob story of not getting my suit from the vendor!!! I have had it with these people, to top it I had to pay $20 for shipping,just 2 sets of clothing. I have asked for a full refund of $28 for the suit which they couldn't deliver. Fingers crossed and hoping they'll refund my money back!!
This time around, I faced EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! One more thing I noticed, smaller the brand better the service. LOOM is just big talks and exaggerated ADVERTISING!!

I gave them single star because of their return policy product quality and their refund policy . If u buy any product from loom definitely u will be in trouble for one or two month . I purchased one suit from loom (₹2999). I didn’t like the quality of product they delivered so i decided to return the product and apply for refund. After 50 day i got my refund. I made many calls and mails to get my refund. Very frustrating and bad service by ‘THE LOOM’

Upon wearing their dupatta twice, it has ripped into pieces. Please don’t buy their products. It’s not worth the money at all. Complete scam.

It’s a fraud company. It’s been 8 days the product I returned successfully at their hub and passed the quality check. I received the message from their end that refund will be credited back to my account within 24-48 hrs. I have been following with them from past 8 days over emails and on customer care number. To every emails and on call they will give the same answer it will be credited within 24-48 hrs. And when you ask the date they will never give the dates saying we cannot say. And when you become strict they will become rude and cut the call. I have wasted lot of energy and time to get back my refund. Looks like they use the refund amount of customers for the fancy promotions they do on insta to lure us . I have lost hope of getting back my refund.

I have always loved their products and hence paid the price.

This time I picked up many cotton pants in sale basis the measurements, product specification given.

There is an gross error in the size XS measurements. I wear 29 to 30. The products claimed XS is for 34. It just doesn't fit. Worst part is I am stuck with those pants as they won't exchange for a bigger size.

I didn't except this reply when I am trying tk return the product ax soon as it arrives.

LOOM, a completely fraud company!!! They show on their website that there is a cashback of rs. 2000 on purchase of rs 10000 item and cashback of rs. 1000 on purchase of rs 6000 items.....but they are misleading the customers by saying cashback...because your cash will never be returned and it is credited on the brand accounts as credit points which can be redeemed in the next purchase of a minimum rs.6000, where you will get cashback of 1000 rupees again.....hence, throwing customer in the loop of shopping with the worst misleading sale gimmick ever. its a complete fraud!! i am going to send them a legal notice

The quality of the clothing is good at times but their returns policy for international customers is awful.

To send 3 items back, one trouser suit and two pairs of trousers it has cost me £30. This does not include any customs taxes I will accur on the other side.

They are also charging a re-stocking fee of $20 per order......how ridiculous.

I have never heard anything like it. What a way to retain customers!

Pathetic customer service. Ordered an express shipping item, that was suppose to be shipped within 24-48 hours. After waiting patiently contacted them on 7th day and they said your piece is out of stock. Nobody emailed, called or reached until I did to check the status. Ruined my special occasion. Offered me another color in same outfit at the Rs 5000 more, I had to go with expensive piece as it was difficult to find anything in 2 days of the event. Very disappointed, really bad experience.
