We had a great holiday made extra enjoyable with our rep Stefano. He went over and above his remit. Nothing was a problem for him. Thank you very much Topflight and especially Stefano

Stefano as guide was exceptional. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic & empathetic. Covered everything from history, food, singing to taking care of a member of the group that had a fall.
Brindisi airport security experience was the only negative but I appreciate that’s out of Topflight control.

Everything well organised (apart from check-in delays at Dublin airport). Lovely hotel, warm and friendly hosts. Resort rep always available and ready to offer tips and ideas. Like the daily text message.. very reassuring. Excellent local guide.. super historical knowledge and very friendly. Will happily travel with them again

All the excursions were excellent and our guide Stafano was out of this world, even the last day we had a fantastic experience and meal on the way home at wellness centre. Above All our tour guide, Stefano, he was 10 stars! He was simply awesome and a pleasure to have known, what a fantastic person he is, he was a guide who became friend to us all.

From time of booking to issue of travel documents the sales office team were efficient and knowledgeable. Our Resort Manager Malcolm was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our area so it made our holiday so enjoyable.

First time traveling with Topflight. We as a family prefer the ease of having a holiday planned with a tour company. Any issues were calmly sorted . Every one was relaxed and Topflight made sure everyone was happy and ready for their planned holiday. From transfers to messages and the lovely flight with Neos airlines. Airline staff were lovely and looked after everyone especially when we were stuck in the airport with the strike. Topflight were just fantastic and we had an amazing time. We stayed in Bella Italia bungalows which were perfect . So peaceful, clean, and everything there for families of all ages. Amazing location also.

Topflight staff were excellent The Bristol hotel staff were excellent too Very friendly helpful and welcoming!! The view from our balcony and from all public areas was stunning!! Only one negative…. the cost of taxis from the town to the hotel…. very expensive in comparison to Dublin .

Just back from trip to Puglia - what an experience everyday was wonderful- we had the best tour guide in Stefano - always smiling and helpful - he is so attentive and watching for anything he can do to make your holiday the best it can be. Great singing voice is his extra

We're just back from the most wonderful Top-flight tour of Puglia. The trip was historical, cultural, interactive and, altogether, so much fun. We had the best tour guide called Stefano, whose motto is "everyone leaves with a smile & no-one gets left behind". He lived up to this motto on every occasion. From the beautiful white city of Ostuni all the way to Matera, Stefano was permanently available. Not an easy job on a tour of mostly retirees of varying ages, but he did this all with a smile & an easygoing nature that always fun to be around. The hotel was very good, Top-flight were excellent, but the hero of our trip was Stefano.

We have just returned from Puglia. What a holiday. Our guide Stefano was excellent, 5 stars without a doubt. We experienced Puglia so well in seven days. The tours were amazing, coastal, countryside, culture,cheese making, cookery classes, food, all excellent and great fun, and plenty of free time also. The hotel was lovely, very relaxing and the staff were excellent. Our group all got on very well, great fun and chats over breakfast and dinner.

Lake Garda guided tour was a great choice. Accommodation was excellent. Guides were friendly and informative. Booked tours were well organised.
Only issue was length of time the transfer took. Too many drop offs before our hotel extended the journey from airport to accommodation to 3.5hrs. No toilet breaks and no toilet on the bus. Missed our dinner at the hotel due to this.

This was our first trip to Puglia and we had a great time. We learned so much about the area, the culture, the history and the amazing food. Our Topflight tour guide Stefano was exceptional, he was incredibly knowledgeable, extremely thoughtful and brilliantly professional. He totally delivered on his motto ‘everyone smiling … and no-one left behind’. 😁

We have just returned from Puglia . This holiday surpassed our expectations. It was great value for money. The Topflight rep Stefano was exceptional -he went out of his way to ensure that every member of the group was cared for and happy. His knowledge of the area was excellent and he was always relaxed and happy. He is a huge asset to Topflight. The group gelled well and we had a fantastic time.
