Lovely Puglia…
We have just returned from our lovely trip to Puglia. Very well organised and a huge variety of places to see and things to do. Stefano our guide is a total superstar. My sister unfortunately had a bad fall with fractured limbs and he was so good to us. Helping us find hospitals making sure we were looked after we cannot thank him enough. We had had such a lovely time with all the other guests who were also so kind to us. When she is back on her feet we will definitely use Top Flight for another trip. I should just mention the hotel was amazing also. Thank you Sue and Liz .

I had a great time in Puglia and Stefano was an amazing tour guide, very patient, caring, knowledgeable and hilarious. Stefano looked after us very well. I loved every city we visited in Puglia.

Just back from Puglia on the fully…
Just back from Puglia on the fully escorted tour as recommended by Orrs Travel in Ards and it didn’t disappoint. From the moment we were greeted by our tour guide Stefano at the airport we knew we were in for a good time. He was the ultimate professional and was very attentive to everyone but also the more elderly in the group if they needed some extra help.
The hotel Relais was fantastic with lovely rooms, great food and the staff were excellent.
The itinary was perfect. We always had time for a good breakfast before setting off for the day and the excursions were excellent. Stefano gave his daily recommendations to everyone for places to eat, whether you wanted gelato, snacks or something more substantial. His famous saying “ no one gets left behind” was always appreciated even though this group were superb time keepers. The people in Puglia were genuinely friendly and welcoming to visitors in there area and they couldn’t do anymore to make our holiday more enjoyable.

Great holiday
Great holiday, great reps. Organised tours very good. I would have preferred the rest days not to come together. Have a tour day, a rest day a tour day and a rest day.

Taste of Puglia with Group Guide Stefano
Just back from Puglia, staying at the Relais Porta Del Sud hotel on the 'Taste of Puglia' escorted tour. We had the most amazing week and could have stayed longer. The staff at the hotel were great and the food was lovely. It was the first time we had booked an organised tour but it exceeded all our expectations. Our group were amazing and our Tour guide, Stefano, was exceptional, he really did go above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best experience possible but his personality, expertise and knowledge bonded the group together effortlessly and for this week it felt that we were more like family. Would give this holiday 10/10 and Stefano was definately the key to it's success.

Wonderful holiday in Puglia
Just back from a wonderful holiday in Puglia. Everything was excellent, however the holiday was made extra special by our tour leader, Stefano. He was unfailingly pleasant, caring & helpful & of course knowledgeable about our excursions. We would give him more than 5 stars if we could!! Nothing was too much bother for him.
The whole holiday was excellent - transfers (our bus driver Cosimo was very good), hotel, food, hotel staff and excursions. Damian & Patricia

We arrived in Brindisi, on 9th June. We were met by our topflight guide Stefano, who was very welcoming and friendly. Everything from the time we arrived til the time we left was perfect. A couple of people had problems and Stefano was quick to sort things out. He couldn’t do enough to help. All of our tours were fantastic, and Stefano was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. This is our 3rd Topflight holiday and I highly recommend them. If you travel to Puglia and are lucky enough to have Stefano as your guide, you are assured a great time!

Stefano as guide was exceptional
Stefano as guide was exceptional. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic & empathetic. Covered everything from history, food, singing to taking care of a member of the group that had a fall.
Brindisi airport security experience was the only negative but I appreciate that’s out of Topflight control.

Everything well organised (apart from check-in delays at Dublin airport). Lovely hotel, warm and friendly hosts. Resort rep always available and ready to offer tips and ideas. Like the daily text message.. very reassuring. Excellent local guide.. super historical knowledge and very friendly. Will happily travel with them again

Tour Guide Excellent!
All the excursions were excellent and our guide Stafano was out of this world, even the last day we had a fantastic experience and meal on the way home at wellness centre. Above All our tour guide, Stefano, he was 10 stars! He was simply awesome and a pleasure to have known, what a fantastic person he is, he was a guide who became friend to us all.

We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your holiday did not fully meet your expectations.
While we do not have a representative permanently based in each resort in Austria, our Resort Manager is based between the resorts and remains available throughout our guests' holidays. They keep in regular contact via WhatsApp and are always happy to visit guests in person should any assistance be required. We encourage guests to let us know if they would like to meet with a member of our team and arrangements can be made.
We were, however, disappointed to see that these issues resulted in a one-star rating, particularly as support was available throughout your holiday and we were not made aware of any concerns during your stay. Had we been contacted, we would have done our very best to assist and address any issues at the time.

From time of booking to issue of travel documents the sales office team were efficient and knowledgeable. Our Resort Manager Malcolm was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our area so it made our holiday so enjoyable.

Family holiday with teens
First time traveling with Topflight. We as a family prefer the ease of having a holiday planned with a tour company. Any issues were calmly sorted . Every one was relaxed and Topflight made sure everyone was happy and ready for their planned holiday. From transfers to messages and the lovely flight with Neos airlines. Airline staff were lovely and looked after everyone especially when we were stuck in the airport with the strike. Topflight were just fantastic and we had an amazing time. We stayed in Bella Italia bungalows which were perfect . So peaceful, clean, and everything there for families of all ages. Amazing location also.

Topflight staff were excellent The Bristol hotel staff were excellent too Very friendly helpful and welcoming!! The view from our balcony and from all public areas was stunning!! Only one negative…. the cost of taxis from the town to the hotel…. very expensive in comparison to Dublin .
