Great box for exam study treat
Lovely box & great to pick what I wanted. Only issue was the box was for my son and the shredded paper inside was very pink, would be nice to have option of colours or neutral colour.

I ordered 2 boxes within a short period of time. Both were gorgeously wrapped and the contents were lovely. They were both delivered really quickly too! Can’t wait to find a reason to order another one!!

Terrific treats
My niece loved her box of goodies for a pre exam treat, Although I haven’t seen the products with my own eyes, she was very happy. The delivery was super quick and the choice of products was good too.

Communication was excellent
Communication was excellent. I made error when ordering late at night and it was sorted the next morning.
I purchased an exam TreatBox and my daughter cried when she opened it. It was beautifully wrapped and She loved everything inside, she is even taking the crystal to her exams with her for luck.
I can highly recommend and will definitely be using Treatbox again.

Fantastic customer support !
I ordered a box for my daughter’s upcoming GCSEs but was so upset when it arrived by Royal Mail in a plastic bag with the box missing! I contacted your customer service team with photos and very quickly a replacement box was sent out! The team were sympathetic and so efficient. When the box arrived yesterday, my daughter was thrilled and the items and packaging were so pretty. I will definitely order from Treatbox again!

Need to review packaging to achieve a good first impression!
Good selection of products even if a bit pricey for the quality. Wanted to surprise my daughter with a good luck gift for exams. They need to upgrade the packaging to a sturdier box, I had to transfer this into a new box as it had got damaged in the post. Even the card was bent within it and the biscuit was broken. Was told as I had selected it for 'send to recipient' you don't get an additional gift box. Surely if the gift is being sent direct, you want it to arrive in nice condition for the recipient! The offer to resolve my issue was for me to pay a further £4.95 and they would send a new empty box. Not good enough imo and probably wouldn't use service again or recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that your daughter’s gift didn’t arrive in the condition you’d hoped for, especially as it was meant to be a special good luck surprise during exam time.
We completely understand your disappointment regarding the damaged packaging and broken items. While our postal boxes are designed to protect gifts in transit, it’s clear that in this case the parcel didn’t withstand the journey as it should have, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
To clarify, our ‘send direct to recipient’ option means the items are packed within our mailing box rather than inside an additional gift box. However, we absolutely agree that gifts sent directly should still arrive looking and feeling special for the recipient.
We’re also sorry that the resolution offered left you feeling disappointed. Customer experience is incredibly important to us, and feedback like yours genuinely helps us review both our packaging and support processes moving forward.
Thank you again for your honest feedback, and we do hope we may have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

this months treat box was just right
this months treat box was just right. not a single "girlie" item of pointless frippery, simply items that are both useful AND attractive. mini honey and preserve - consumable. a honey dipper - practical. a small notepad, pretty and very useful. a pencil that can be planted to grow bee-attracting plants - both useful and a good idea. a mini lavender perfumed soap - handy, smells good and will be used. also a pretty and practical cotton tote for market shopping, Big enough and small enough to pack away. thank you for curating this months box in this way. more in the same vein, please.

Nightmare returning damaged product
The gift box I ordered was soggy when it arrived. Some of the items inside were wet. I immediately informed Treatbox and in order for them to send me replacement products I had to email them, print off a label and return the items, send an email to inform them I’d done it, forward the proof of delivery email, then and only then did they agree to send the replacements, they almost sent it to the wrong address (from a previous delivery). So I’d say pretty good service if it all goes well, time wasting nightmare if there is a problem with your products.
