I used for at least 6 months..I may be wrong on time frame. Wasn’t seeing results for the price. In April it was time to speak to them again to renew my prescription. I told them I no longer want the meds. They had already billed without my consultation and would not refund $199. I also did not get the meds.

I was going in circles with little to no response. The response I did get, they did not understand the issue. Then Ethan took the time to understand I had three issues to be resolved and he took care of all three in one swoop.

I do not recommend Shed. Tay Reed on Tik Tok promotes this GLP1 a lot and us currently 480lbs after he takes it he says he gets bad cravings for food all the time, he makes videos admitting that he’s binged on many occasions, he has lots of food noise, he STILL eats almost 3000 calories a day AND recently has put ON 70 lbs! The videos are on Tik Tok for anyone to watch if you want to see for reference!! Avoid this GLP1 !!

Marion was very helpful, he makes it easy to continue to do business with a company that has employees that really care about their customers. His customer service was excellent and it was a pleasure to see good customer service still exists.

Elizabeth F gets the fifth star. She resolved my question after one week of back and forth with no resolution. While I’m incredibly satisfied with the weight loss (48lbs with 5 to go) and the physician care, Dr. Jassey is phenomenal, the care teams needs help so they can respond same day to resolve. Waiting 24 hours to not get an answer and then to wait again and again isn’t good. In fact my criticism from day 1. The communication needs some help. That being said my husband and I have benefited greatly from coaching at the beginning and we have been customers for almost 18 months.
I would really welcome the chance to speak directly to someone about the recent experience so the next review could be five stars. I do highly recommend Shed just connect with someone as good as Elizabeth and start your journey! Perhaps it’s the growing pains so not be detoured just aware

Clifton welcome call was everything . He reassured me that SHED time will be there to guide me through any issues. He made me feel very welcomed and made me feel very excited to start this new journey. Looking forward to see how my life will change with SHED

Amber quickly solved my issue. There should be a way to reach live people like Amber more quickly. The AI agent is helpful but you should be able to get to a live person faster because when you actually need help (and not just information) you need a live person. Thank you Amber!

I had the opportunity to work with Sadie, Taylor M., and Melonie to help resolve my issue. They were fast to respond, respectful, and professional. They were able to correct my issue fast and efficiently.

I have not received the medication yet, the information, concern and helpfulness of the staff has been great so far. They are making sure to keep communication going . Clifton was great speaking to toady .

very minimal communication. when i expressed wanting to increase my dosage multiple times i received no response or update to increase. meanwhile ive been paying for the higher dosing subscription. currently have spent 2300+ with them. do you receive the medication? yes. past that there seems to be little to no support.

My experience has been great so far, everything went smoothly and the communication is awesome and the process was very quick a d easy. Got a call from Clifton, his explanation on everything was understandable and clear.He was very respectful and professional.

Clifton was a great help speaking with him he was very informative with explaining what next steps need to be taken and explaining future purchases.
