Shed has always been professional, and helped with any issues I had in a very timely manner. Just yesterday I needed a LMN and Rachel got back to me within and hour to say they would get it taken care of within a few days. But it was actually email to me later that day. Amazing customer service and support!

I was having a little bit of a problem with my subscription and I talked to Paige, and she took care of it she is really sweet, she got everything straight for me

Horrible experience with this company. I should have know from my first interaction. The provider was 15 min late to my inital call and verified my name and birthday and hung up. I was eager to get the medication and frankly friends said the experience would get better so I stuck with them. Ive never heard from a provider since that day. I was billed for medication on month 2 but they lost my order so I ran out of medication. They only addressed it when I had a one time meeting with a nutritionist..Who again I've never heard from since. From that point on I received a monthly survey asking if I wanted to continue, wanted to change my dose and if I had lost and weight. They increased my dose but the weight loss is insignificant-frankly less than 5 lbs in the several months I used them. I finally decided to stop paying for something that wasn't working...yet no survey came..and shocking I was charged to a card I had deleted from their account that they had stored remotely. So be careful your data is housed somewhere you can't see. They charged me without permission and claimed they were not required to send me the continuation survey since they are a monthly subscription. And they can't tell me what card they charged since its stored somewhere secretive. They assume me im offically cancelled but im stuck with the charge I never approved. Be careful
