Carmel, a huge asset to TUI, Cork
Carmel, from the Cork office, was extremely helpful and helped us with all options. We have booked through the Dublin office for this years family holiday and we didn’t receive nearly as much help as Carmel gave us.

Have dealt with Tui limerick for a long time. Book a few holidays with them. The experience has always being a pleasure and the extra information provided was great. This is my second holiday with Tui this year and we had Lorraine advising us. She is very good and has loads of experience to help you with the holiday.

No resolution to serious issues
Booked for the first time with TUI to Mexico this summer, and staff were super to deal with- customer service from Eboni in Talbot St and Karen online was brilliant. We upgraded to Premium Economy and all TUI staff from check in to air stewards were fantastic.
However we had a few issues on our holiday: a huge chunk of amenities in the section of the hotel were closed which we had specifically chosen for our children and we were not informed of this prior to booking as we would have changed hotels, and secondly an extremely dangerous situation with the private taxi transfer on the way back to the airport, both which we paid extra for. My husband submitted a complaint but no resolution was offered. Had there been a resolution to the complaint this would have been a 5 star review given the excellent support when booking the holiday and the fabulous TUI staff at the airport and on the plane. It would make us rethink booking with TUI again that when there are serious issues no resolutions are offered.

I booked my Disney holiday with Karen from tui the square Tallaght and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She made booking so easy and I’d recommend going to her if you’re thinking of going on holiday. So pleasant and knew a lot about Disney.

I like that everything is included
I like that everything is included. We always find the communication well and holidays are always to a really good standard. Very disappointed to see baggage allowance isn't included this year even though there's no reduction in the price of the holiday

Looked after from start to finish
We have booked every year with TUI and each year it is seem less. Transfers are on time, entertainers at the hotel are great, staff are so friendly and the app is very handy. Another great holiday!

Tui is a great company
Tui is a great company. I've had many holidays with them and hope to have many more. They always answer the phone. The staff are polite and friendly and their prices are very competitive. Weather you want a cheep getaway. A weekend away or a cruise. City break always check with tui first. Highly recommend .
