Great service when purchasing my Mazda CX5, by bringing it to a branch closer to me. Lovely car and good buying experience.

I have no problem with the actual service, However as part of the service im supposed to have the car washed and cleaned,after taking it back to be cleaned for the second time, I still ended up having to pay to get it cleaned elsewhere.

I went to T W White to arrange a lease car. The sales staff were excellent. The contract and options were fully explained and all my questions were answered by a knowledgeable (and patient) agent. A satisfying and friendly experience from start to finish.

When I purchased the vehicle I indicated that I would be interested in purchasing a Service plan. The vendor said he would send it to me. Unfortunately he was killed some days later. Since, at present, I am not in the UK my friend contacted Mazda on my behalf and was informed that they would send me the required documentation. At present I have received nothing and no longer have any interest in purchasing a Service Plan. Other than this my experience at the Mazda dealership was very good.
