Very pleased and Harvey was excellent

The whole experience was fantastic end to end. No complaints at all. From asking to book a test drive, it took less than 24h to get in touch, they booked the drive for the very next day. Both Jake and Harvey were helpful and polite and very responsive. From ordering the car (which they had in stock elsewhere), it took less than the expected tine to get it, and I am very pleased with it.
Should I ever need a new car… this is where I’d come!

Poor professionalism
Poor service bought the lovely mx5. Agreed to have it delivered once the car was prepped and the paint chips done. It was delivered £200 paid. No chips done nothing polished just washed. Was told the chips were done and the rain washed the paint away on the trip down to me. Never had an apology just told to bring it back to them 140 mile round trip and they would do the chips. So what was the point of me paying to have it delivered as they didn't prep the car at all. Should have just taken it on the day I saw it and save myself £200!! No integrity at this franchise
Please note I can categorically say the stone chips were not done. Yes I accepted delivery of the car because I love it. That said you still did not do what we agreed. Obviously I do not want to drive back up to you for it to be rectified. It should be done locally but you wouldn't agree. Such a shame its been a bad buying experience.

We are sorry that you weren’t delighted with your purchase from our team as that is always our aim. The prep work that was agreed with you at point of purchase was completed by our team before delivery. And although we spoke with you at point of delivery regarding any concerns, you did not refuse delivery and appeared satisfied with our solution at that point. You have since declined to return the car for further work by us. We do regret that we have not come to an agreeable resolution with you.
