Fabulous company and carpets
Right from stepping in the showroom you are made to feel welcome, they advised me which was the best carpet for my stairs, and no they didn't just show me the most expensive one, they showed me a variety of carpets, they are brilliant, someone came out the same day to price up the carpet, we were lucky as he was passing our house later in the day, we had an excellent quote and said yes, the fitters were also lovely, and really quick and thoughtful of our little dog, closing the door so she didn't escape.
So, yes I would highly recommend them for all your flooring needs. See you soon for the next room.

Visited here after getting a quote from…
Visited here after getting a quote from a larger high street competitor. Found the staff friendlier and happy to answer questions without any feel of pressure about purchasing. After a spell of browsing, queried about a potential carpet of interest a d had really useful feedback about its suitability for location (deeper carpet, more appropriate for living rooms then upstairs bedrooms) and shown a similar alternative at a much better price.
Got a quote for suggest variant and price was considerably better then larger high street competitor. Agreed to go ahead, good time lines for install were discussed, we were kept in loop throughout about planned date (which was stuck to) and install done as expected, on the day expected. Been down for 5 months now and no issues / movement of the carpet, really happy with cost, install & overall experience.

Great Service
Lovely staff, very helpful. Needed carpets fitting ASAP and they were able to help. Great quality and a good price, half of what I was quoted by Tapi carpets. Will be 100% using them again for the rest of my house.

Great service and products
The staff in store were very helpful to ensure that I selected the right carpet for my needs. I selected a fitting date at my convenience, which was great - no pressure to get things done quickly which was ideal for me. The fitters were quick and efficient and have done a fab job.
